After the man left, Xiao Xiao turned to Ning Wangshu and thanked him.

Ning Wangshu smiled faintly. "No need to thank me."

Just then, Ma Junfan and Liu Qi returned from the dance floor with the others. They still seemed excited, chatting animatedly about something.

Ning Wangshu and Xiao Xiao didn't mention what had just happened.

Just then, several young men walked over. One of them was the man who had just tried to hit on Xiao Xiao. He whispered something into the ear of the man at the front, then nodded toward Ning Wangshu.

The man in front nodded slightly, then stepped forward with a cold look and stared at Ning Wangshu. "Hey, I hear you've got quite an attitude. You tell people to get lost every chance you get?"

As he spoke, an unfriendly look crossed his face.

At his words, Ma Junfan and the others looked up at him in surprise.

Ning Wangshu glanced at the man and was about to speak when Xiao Xiao saw him and froze. A look of discomfort crossed her face, and she hurriedly stood up. "Brother Feng, it's you. My friend was only joking just now. We didn't know he knew you. Please don't take offense."

As she spoke, Xiao Xiao glanced at the man who had tried to hit on her earlier.

At that, Brother Feng looked at Xiao Xiao, visibly surprised, then smiled. "So it's you, Xiao Xiao. Well, what a coincidence."

"We haven't gotten together in quite a while, have we? Since we ran into each other today, why don't you come over for a few drinks?"

Xiao Xiao furrowed her brows and glanced at Ma Junfan beside her, looking hesitant. She politely declined. "Sorry, Brother Feng. Some other time. My friends are all here, and so
