While Soto and Alice were talking, a sudden splash came from the sea beside them. A figure burst out of the water, surrounded by a pale blue glow, and landed beside them.
When they saw who it was, Soto and Alice exchanged smiles.
"Seron, you finally came out. We thought you were going to keep hiding and not show yourself!"
Alice said with a bright smile.
The person who had burst out of the sea was none other than Seron, the Sea King, one of the Underground World's Four Titans!
At Alice's words, Seron grinned. "I saw you were already here, so I figured I'd come out and join you."
As he spoke, he glanced at another ship in the distance. "I just saw Dister, the Great God Envoy of the Holy Light Court, on that ship."
"There's also a Holy Knight squad!"
At that, Soto and Alice's gazes sharpened.
"I'd heard the Holy Light Court had sent a Great God Envoy, but I didn't expect it to be Dister, the foremost of the Holy Light Court's Three Great God Envoys. And they've brought a Holy Knight squad, too!"
Soto said.
Meanwhile.
On the ship Seron had mentioned, several men in golden armor stood on deck.
Before them stood a man wearing a priest's robe edged in gold.
This man was the Great God Envoy of the Holy Light Court whom Seron and the others had mentioned: Dister. The men in golden armor were the Holy Knight squad.
"Lord Dister, should we enter that Palace complex now and investigate?"
One of the Holy Knights asked.
Dister shook his head. "No need to rush. We still don't know whether the Palace complex conceals any dangers. There's no need to risk our people by sending them in first."
