After the strange phenomena appeared over Mount Tai last night, the area around the mountain had been placed under emergency lockdown. Hidden Dragon had also sent people to the scene, including Director Zhang Rui himself.
The phenomena had appeared high in the sky, though, so even with the area around Mount Tai sealed off, people near the edge of the cordoned zone could still see them.
