Seeing the giant return to the Shrine, Meng Fangqi watched as its gates closed behind him.
Meng Fangqi couldn't help but secretly breathe a sigh of relief. Then he glanced at the people behind him and lowered his voice. "Everything depends on this one move. Be careful later, all of you. Don't let anything slip!"
At his words, the others hurriedly murmured, "Yes!"
Just then, a voice suddenly sounded in Meng Fangqi's mind. "Very good. Well done! As long as you help this god accomplish this great undertaking, I will surely reward you."
"When the time comes, I will personally change your blood, making you true members of the Nether Blood Domain, elevated above all living beings, and granting you supreme power!"
Hearing this, Meng Fangqi was overcome with excitement. He hurriedly replied in his heart, "Thank you, Lord Blood God! It is our honor to serve you!"
As time passed, the Shrine's gates soon opened again.
The same giant stepped out once more.
Two other giants followed behind him.
They came together to stand before Meng Fangqi and the others. One of the giants at the back immediately rumbled, "Is what you said true? Have those damned Extraterrestrial Demons really returned?"
Meng Fangqi hurriedly replied, "Wizard God Master, every word I said is true. I wouldn't dare utter a single falsehood!"
"Good! Very good! Those damned fiends dare show their faces again? This time, we'll tear every last one of them to pieces!" the giant said, clenching his fist in fury.
The other giant beside him also spoke in a rumbling voice, his aura murderous. "That's right. Once the others arrive, we'll discuss who should stay behind to guard the Ancestral Land. The rest of us will go out together and slaughter those despicable Extraterrestrial Demons to the last!"
