Ling Yun nodded, which served as a response to the middle-aged man's question.
"They're all very cute, but they've been playing for so long. Shouldn't they rest for a bit?"
This middle-aged man's tone was not very friendly as he picked at his words and stated his demand.
Ling Yun immediately understood what he meant, then stood up and said calmly, "I'm terribly sorry. They might be a bit excited. They're just children, so it's only natural for them to love to play."
"Heh, do you have any idea that this affects other people? I have a daughter too, only she's a bit older than her. She certainly wouldn't act like a wild child." The middle-aged man nodded, his underhanded remark sounding just like swearing.
Before Ling Yun could reply, he went on, "They have zero self-awareness. With all this racket, how am I supposed to fish?"
A wild child?
Ling Yun frowned deeply!
Then he simply picked up the middle-aged man and tossed him right into the river. He was rambling on and on and even cursing people out?
The surroundings grew quiet. Everyone only heard the sound of the water, having no idea what was going on, while the middle-aged man drifted downstream with the current, swallowing a few mouthfuls of water along the way.
In the end he failed to swim ashore and kicked the bucket, drowning from a cramp, his corpse washing up downstream.
"Beibei, all of you come over here." Ling Yun waved.
The little one came running over on her pudgy legs and asked, "Daddy, did you catch any fish?"
Ling Yun's mouth twitched!
With all that noise, it would be a miracle if any fish took the bait.
"Aren't you guys going to have a fishing contest with me? Why aren't you focusing?
