After accepting Chen Li into Martial Soul Hall as a Core Disciple Reserve, Bibi Dong orders the institute to notify Lor Diarra and have him assign personnel to investigate the boy’s inability to absorb Soul Rings 10 13.

Lor Diarra handles the investigation personally after reading Yue Guan’s report.
