Bo Shuo told Yi Rong that his memories had been transferred to him, then brought the Proctoring System into their space as cleared Exam Venues announced the wager’s result. As the venues fell silent and the Giant Eye closed, Bo Shuo’s victory left the survivors facing the cost of the destruction.
Yan Shun'an survived the apocalypse and was found by the Search and Rescue Team, while humanity began rebuilding after the Exam Venues were broken. In the void, the World Consciousness confronted God of Truth about his deal with Bo Shuo, now God of Falsehood.
The God of Truth watched the God of Falsehood build Lost Paradise and repeatedly restart the Timeline, expecting him to grow bored with his project. Falsehood finally confronted Truth in the void and asked whether he knew that everything he had was false.
Bo Shuo’s power began stripping World Consciousness of control, while Bo Shuo and Yi Rong settled into a teasing promise to remain together. Bo Chunzhang returned to the Rental House and quietly tended the succulent Bo Shuo had once watered.
Bo Chunzhang resented the World Consciousness for the tragedy but was hurt when her defiance surfaced, until Bo Shuo appeared and promised to stay with her. Bo Shuo then dreamed of meeting a young Yi Rong in the orphanage, where Yi Rong could perceive him and demanded to know who he was.
Bo Shuo watched the imprisoned Youthful Yi Rong suffer inside a fragile Memory Fragment and learned that Yi Rong was pretending not to see him. He left the past undisturbed, hoping to discover why the memory still haunted him.
Bo Shuo watched as Dean Wang and her men tried to seize Youthful Yi Rong, but the scene’s strange forces kept disrupting them. The men approached Yi Rong just as a runaway truck charged toward the orphanage.
Youthful Yi Rong remained at the orphanage after the others left, and Bo Shuo asked why he wanted to die but had not killed himself. Yi Rong said someone wanted him to live, then offered his soul to Bo Shuo in exchange for Bo Shuo staying with him until his final moment.
Bo Shuo investigated the orphanage and discovered it was a front for child trafficking and organ harvesting, with Yi Rong marked to have his heart sold. The chapter ended as Yi Rong returned to their remote room and its door collapsed behind him.
Bo Shuo settled into a quiet life with Youthful Yi Rong in a house near the Orphanage, but the Memory Fragment grew increasingly unstable. As Yi Rong’s presence coincided with a mysterious spatial rift, Bo Shuo’s suspicions began to surface again.
Bo Shuo confronted Youthful Yi Rong about trapping him in the Dreamscape and learned that Yi Rong had waited for him, hoping to keep him there. Bo Shuo refused to stay forever, and the space began to twist as Black Mist seeped through its cracks.
Bo Shuo realized that the youthful Yi Rong holding him captive might actually be a much older version trapped in the Memory Fragment for over ten thousand years. Yi Rong’s Black Mist began to retreat when Bo Shuo told him to behave, leaving Bo Shuo unsure whether he could reach him.
Bo Shuo spent nearly seven years in the Dreamscape with Yi Rong, building cities and exam venues before the space began to collapse. He left after saying goodbye to Yi Rong and woke to find him cooking at home.
Bo Shuo realized that Yi Rong had admitted to being connected to Spore Yi Rong, then recovered for several months before setting out to confront his remaining enemies. He found God of Truth disguised as a White Clothed Scholar in Lost Paradise, where the examinees were struggling to meet the instance’s growing demand for sacrifices.
The examinees returned to the dilapidated temple and completed the sacrifice, believing they only had to wait until dawn. The White Clothed Scholar revealed that he had been leading them toward death, leaving them panicked and accusing him of cheating.
Wang He died after using the Evil Buddha’s offerings, and the villagers’ ghosts slaughtered the examinees in the temple. God of Truth discovered that the apparent corpses had risen and recognized Bo Shuo behind the deception.
Bo Shuo trapped the God of Truth in a shell and forced Him to endure repeated deaths as revenge. Bo Shuo then confronted the battered avatar and demanded to know where the God of Truth’s main body was.
Nearly a year after the desperate battles ended, Bo Shuo lived peacefully with Yi Rong in a changed Parallel Timeline and prepared to meet the people he had invited. As they reached the courtyard for a gathering, a familiar voice greeted Bo Shuo.
Bo Shuo accepted Yi Rong’s place beside him while Xi Guici failed to separate them, and Sang Yu prepared grilled meat for Bo Shuo. Yi Rong took Bo Shuo’s hand, leaving Gu Baiyu wary of the Supreme God.
Sang Yu lay injured and trapped in her burning home as villagers chased a runaway wife, and she used her last strength to ignite a fire. As she lost consciousness, she remembered how Sang Guo Qiang had beaten and imprisoned her after she said she wanted to leave with Qiu Yi.
Sang Yu remembered how Sister taught her about the law and encouraged her to live well if she ever escaped, before Sister was taken away and Sang Yu was abused and confined by Sang Guo Qiang. As the White Mist spread across the world, Sang Yu remained scarred and imprisoned in darkness.
Sang Yu and the other abducted women set a fire to escape their captors and entered the White Mist, gambling that it led to an Exam Venue. After surviving the exam, Sang Yu returned to find the village engulfed in White Mist and waited for the other women before they gathered supplies and headed for the village gates.
After the winter gathering ended, Bo Shuo and Yi Rong went out into the city on Valentine’s Day. A Little Girl approached them with a rose-shaped balloon, while the college student accompanying her apologized and tried to pull her back.
