He became Song Yunzhi’s personal disciple and began his first term in Class Nine, with new challenges and the freshmen assessment ahead.

• Huang Fei awakened Blue Silver Grass with almost no innate Soul Power, trained in village skills for years, reached level ten, and set out alone for the Star Dou Great Forest.

During vacation, he returned to Qingyun Village, survived an ambush, and reunited with the villagers as Huo Yuhao gained the Ice Jade Scorpion Emperor Martial Soul in the Extreme North.

• Tang Ya resolved to keep training and find her own path, while Beibei accepted that he could not choose it for her.
• Huang Fei trained with Ning Tian and Wu Feng, advanced to Level 30, and crafted a Second-level Soul Tool Armguard.

After growing closer to Ma Xiaotao and strengthening his abilities at the core disciple training camp, Huang Fei returned to Shrek at Rank Thirty-Eight with her Evil Fire partly refined.

• Huang Fei returned to Shrek City with Meng Shu, reported reaching Level Thirty-Five and becoming a Third-level Soul Engineer, and reunited with his classmates.
• Huo Yuhao returned from the Extreme North Land at Level Twenty-Six with an Ice Jade Scorpion Emperor Martial Soul, while Huang Fei remained calm about his sudden progress.
• Huang Fei scored one hundred points in the Promotion Assessment and topped the rankings, while Huo Yuhao placed second with ninety-nine.
• Huang Fei learned about Ma Xiaotao’s worsening Evil Fire and began calming it with his Life Energy, eventually refining the fire into energy that strengthened his Soul Power.
