A Soul King generally only needed a soul ring of around ten thousand years. A soul beast of that age was nothing to Shui Wuchen now.

The only thing Shui Wuchen found regrettable was that Shui Bing'er could not absorb soul rings beyond her limit as he could. Otherwise, her path would be much smoother.

Hearing this, Shui Bing'er responded, then wrapped her arms around Shui Wuchen's arm and blinked. "Then I'll have to trouble you to pick out a good Ten Thousand Year Soul Beast for me, Brother."

Though the chances were slim, they still had to avoid it. After all, any team that could advance to the Finals had some strength.

Articuno's body immediately grew larger, then carried Shui Wuchen and Shui Bing'er toward Spirit City.

A day later, with Articuno flying at full speed, the Shui siblings finally reached Spirit City.

"So this is Spirit City? It looks rather small!"

Shui Wuchen looked at Spirit City's outline in the distance, somewhat surprised.

Spirit City was only about a tenth the size of Heaven Dou City. It was hard to imagine that this was the holy land of Soul Masters across the entire continent.

However, Shui Wuchen would not underestimate Spirit City just because it was small. Within this not-so-large city gathered Soul Masters from all over the world. Soul Emperors and Soul Sages could be seen everywhere, and there was even no shortage of experts at the Titled Douluo level.

After arriving near Spirit Hall, Shui Wuchen had Articuno descend from the sky. After briefly proving their identities, he entered Spirit City with his younger sister, Shui Bing'er.

A Soul Grandmaster might only be in their twenties in rank, seeming nothing remarkable, but that was only from their perspective.

Not long after the Shui siblings arrived in Spirit City, Heaven Dou Empire's transport convoy also reached the outskirts of the city.

The knight commanders immediately acknowledged the order. They knew Spirit City's rules, so they had no complaints, nor did they dare to have any.

Xue Beng then led the fifteen Soul Master teams that had advanced into Spirit City.
