The Demon Blade: Thousand Blades
"What's wrong?"
Seeing his disciple's expression grow solemn, the Third Raikage asked him.
"I may have oversimplified things before. Multiple Kekkei Genkai can indeed coexist within the body, but they may interfere with a Kekkei Genkai's evolution.
"I wanted to preserve Swift Release, but found that it interfered with the evolution of Light Release chakra and made the process much harder. In the end, I could only use Swift Release as the foundation and fuse Light Release over it."

"Don't worry about it. You've already done very well. We've surpassed our predecessors and taken up the path they once forged through trial and error. We're pioneers at the forefront now. It's only natural that we'll make mistakes along the way."
The Third Raikage comforted him. The shortcut might be gone, but they could keep moving forward. It would just be a little harder.
Besides, this path had always been difficult. That wasn't his disciple's fault.
In fact, without this disciple, they wouldn't even have had the chance to walk this path and become pioneers of the Ninja World.
