Background and History

Martial Soul Hall was a vast soul master organization headquartered in Martial Soul City. Its central district contained towering buildings and a six-winged angel statue, reflecting its association with the Six Winged Angel martial soul. The organization also awakened martial souls for children of the two great empires without charge, while using the process to identify and recruit talented youths. 52 211

Ten thousand years before the main era, Qian Renxue learned that Martial Soul Hall would be destroyed and chose to work with Huo Yuhao to alter that outcome. Their strategy was to study future Soul Tool technology, develop it ahead of its time, and build sufficient strength to unify the continent before Tang San's rise to godhood. 18 21

The Ten Thousand Year Grand Plan

The plan shifted from conquering the original Douluo Continent to replacing the Western Sun Moon Empire at its source. Huo Yuhao, Bibi Dong, and Qian Daoliu concluded that direct conquest could not guarantee the empire's survival over ten millennia; instead, Martial Soul Hall would take over the Sun Moon Empire's royal family, government, army, economy, and civilian administration. 48 222

Ten thousand years later, the Sun Moon Empire publicly renamed itself the Martial Soul Empire. The sealed Martial Soul Hall flag was raised over the imperial palace, immediately revealing the connection between the modern empire and the organization that had disappeared ten millennia earlier. 274
