After leaving the Spark foursome, Hyuga Shin planned to take a look at the Mist Village battlefield. It was where Uchiha Madara would later choose his successor.
After all, most of the Uchiha had come to the Mist Village battlefield.
And maybe he could get what he wanted there, saving himself the trouble of going head-to-head with Madara again.
His original plan had been to feed Madara some poisonous chicken soup, but now Hyuga Shin wanted to shove a whole pile of it down his throat. Not yet, though. He could wait until Madara's final curtain call.
But considering he'd already been noted by the Sage of Six Paths, his next meeting with Uchiha Madara probably wouldn't be so simple.
There was always the risk that the Sage of Six Paths would discover him.
Madara was one of the Sage's most important pieces on the board. Until Madara died, no new Child of Prophecy would be born.
This period was also an important step in Madara's plans in the script. At any moment, he might attract the Sage of Six Paths' attention.
But when it came time for Madara to arrange his own final curtain call, Hyuga Shin wouldn't have any reservations. He was going to give the Sage of Six Paths a huge pile of trouble!
Even if he couldn't take him down, he'd make his life miserable!
"Old Bastard Sage of Six Paths, you dared to go after the successor I chose? Then you'd better believe I'm going to give you a taste of your own medicine."
Hyuga Shin wasn't that magnanimous.
He raced onward, and soon arrived near the Mist Village battlefield.
He had no intention of entering the camp this time. He planned to observe from nearby.
Madara must have already stationed people here.
