Background

A transmigrator who emerged during the late Warring States period, Shin trained his body and will from childhood while studying sealing techniques. He survived repeated life-or-death battles and earned recognition as the strongest member of the Hyuga Clan. 1

Shin supported Uchiha Madara's early ideal of unifying the Ninja World and attempted to alter the conflict between Madara and Hashirama Senju. He also tried to resolve the Hyuga Main and Branch Family conflict and spread alternative ideas across the shinobi world. Every attempt failed, convincing him that an unseen force was preserving a predetermined course of history. 1

After failing to stop the Battle of the Valley of the End, Shin publicly claimed that severe injuries had cost him his strength. He retired from shinobi affairs and sealed his Chakra Seed, while secretly beginning work on a cultivation system independent of the Chakra system. 1 23
