Yamanaka Tohru's Lightning Release Concept

When Yamanaka Tohru woke up, it was already noon. Seeing her son awake, Yamanaka Seiko finally let go of the worry that had been weighing on her heart.

"Sorry, Mother. I made you worry."

Yamanaka Seiko shook her head. In a mother's eyes, nothing mattered more than her child being safe and sound.

"Mother, how long was I asleep?"

"Twenty-eight hours."

"Mother, I'm hungry." After sleeping for twenty-eight hours, Yamanaka Tohru felt like he could eat a whole cow.

"Alright! I'll go prepare some food for you."

The moment Yamanaka Seiko opened the ward door, everyone outside turned into giraffes, craning their necks to peer into the room. Yamanaka Seiko quickly shut the door, then fled through the crowd as if for her life.

Before long, Yamanaka Seiko returned with some porridge and Ichiraku Ramen, the ramen endorsed by the Seventh Hokage in the anime from his previous life.

Yamanaka Tohru first drank some porridge to warm his stomach, then started eating the legendary Ichiraku Ramen made by Otsutsuki Ichiraku.

Following the established anime rule that squinty-eyed people were monsters, countless Naruto fans jokingly called the owner Otsutsuki Ichiraku.

She was delighted to meet her old friend's son today.

"Yes." Kakashi nodded, and Yamanaka Seiko smiled as she led the three of them into the ward.

"Aunt Seiko, my father and mother asked me to thank you." As he spoke, Kakashi gave Yamanaka Seiko a deep bow.

"My mother taught me." Ignoring Obito's envious gaze, Yamanaka Tohru answered calmly.

"Tohru, you're amazing! Yamashiro-sensei said your Medical Ninjutsu can rival Lady Tsunade's!" Nohara Rin looked at Yamanaka Tohru with admiration.

"You smug Yamanaka Tohru, I'll definitely surpass you—and Kakashi too!" Obito said jealously as he looked at Nohara Rin.

"Obito, I believe in you. I'll always be watching over you." Nohara Rin encouraged Obito as she always did.

Yamanaka Tohru had no interest in getting involved in the complicated relationship between the three of them. As an observer, he was perfectly content to watch.

Yamanaka Seiko and Kakashi talked for a long time before they finally finished, with Yamanaka Seiko doing most of the asking and Kakashi most of the answering. Yamanaka Tohru had not seen his mother this happy in a long time.
