The last person to receive the baptism was Jia Meng Family's young prodigy, Jia Meng.
He took a deep breath, quickly formed hand seals, and chanted in a low voice, "Scarlet Blood Avatar, descend!"
As the incantation fell, a massive amount of blood began to pour from Jia Meng's body. The blood moved like a living thing, rapidly spreading until it covered the ground and formed an enormous pool.
Waves rippled across the blood pool, as though some ancient, vast power was gestating within.
Just then, a gigantic humanoid blood demon emerged from the pool.
The demon had three heads and six arms. It stood as tall as the sky and as firmly rooted as the earth, with a variety of weapons in its hands, including spears and shields. It looked like a mighty martial deity from the legends, descended into the mortal world.
It had already surpassed the limits of what a blood demon could be. It was, in essence, a mighty Blood God.
What was strange was that this Blood God wasn't some mindless puppet. It was a living being with genuine intelligence.
Its eyes brimmed with the vitality of life, and it seemed capable of swallowing a whole world.
The moment the Blood God swung the long spear in its hand, the sky split open. The spear thrust forward with tremendous force, and its furious roar sent the clouds tumbling away.
The blow carried such terrifying might that it could tear apart a world.
Watching this shocking scene from a high vantage point, Nineteen couldn't help but feel a surge of awe.
"To create something like that with a single hand seal... Jia Meng's power has already far surpassed that of an ordinary prodigy."
Nineteen's voice held a hint of concealed worry.
Her golden eyes gleamed with a light that was both admiring of Jia Meng's strength and apprehensive about the threat this group could pose.
Even the high-level demons who watched the Blood God take form didn't dare make a sound. Some were so frightened that they were trembling.
Master Ban's eyes were filled with fear and disbelief. "Jia—Jia Meng is terrifying! This isn't just a matter of whether he's strong or not. He's clearly surpassed the limits of what a human can do!"
His voice trembled, and he was completely immersed in the shock of what he had just witnessed.
Seven Seas Builder analyzed the situation with even greater calm:
"It's dreadful. If the Blood God loses control, all of Japan could be plunged into a hellish slaughter. Jia Meng's power is already enough to threaten the balance of the entire demon world."
Jia Meng seemed to realize that he could no longer maintain the technique. He frowned slightly, then waved his hand to cancel the blood ritual.
The enormous Blood God sank back into the blood pool. The pool slowly shrank around Jia Meng and eventually vanished beneath his feet, leaving no trace behind.
"I wonder whether the Blood God Jia Meng summoned is stronger than the Demon Race's demons from the Spirit Academy."
"The Demon Race's secret arts are mysterious and powerful. Even the demons of the Demon Race can use them, but Jia Meng's Blood God seems to have completely obeyed him."
"A Blood God this powerful must have a limit. We'll have to investigate it thoroughly."
"In the past, Jia Meng Family's Scarlet Blood Art only had one move like this. They must have hidden it very deeply."
Though Nineteen understood, she couldn't help sighing. Jia Meng had combined every kind of blood ritual he currently knew to create a new art. It was one he had developed himself.
Watching from high above, Nineteen gazed thoughtfully at the scene. Her heart was filled with the uncertainty and anxiety of the future.
She felt that the entire demon world was about to change. A new power was rising, and the order that had existed for so long was about to be broken.
Especially since all three of them were only thirteen-year-old children. The potential within them seemed limitless.
As time went on, they would only grow stronger, until they became beings capable of shaking the foundations of the entire demon world.
And the three of them were all the same age. They had so much time ahead of them.
The power they held could have a profound impact on the future—and might even change the very structure of the demon world.
Of course, there were others who thought even further ahead.
She keenly sensed that it had been rare to see even one exceptional talent appear in a decade, yet now three had emerged at once. This was certainly no coincidence.
Something major was about to happen, and all of this was merely the prelude.
Those sensitive high-level figures had already begun to make plans for their own futures.
She realized that in an era full of uncertainty, only by preparing in advance could they protect their own interests when upheaval came.
Migration plans and the relocation of families were all moved up on her schedule, in preparation for the unexpected.
"It's a good thing that fellow left. Now that he's gone, even the air feels much fresher."
Nineteen breathed a sigh of relief. Her golden eyes shone with an understanding light, and the pent-up anger in her heart began to ease.
She wore a simple but elegant black gown, which made her look both mysterious and graceful.
"I wonder what Nine Nineteen has against the high-level officials. She seems to have a huge grudge against them."
Jia Ruo asked curiously, her eyes full of suspicion. She wore a pure white dress that made her look graceful and elegant, a sharp contrast to Nineteen's dignified, graceful bearing.
"It's not that I hate them. I just don't really agree with the high-level officials' ideas."
Nineteen smiled faintly and shook her head, her voice tinged with resignation.
"Their ideas don't suit you?" Jia Ruo's eyes filled with suspicion.
"That's right. The high-level officials advocate a 'purification' method that treats the symptoms, while I believe in treating the root cause."
Nineteen's answer was firm.
Wisdom gleamed in her golden eyes. She seemed to have found a solution to the problems plaguing the demon world.
"The high-level officials' method is to eliminate the evil spirits that have already been produced, while my idea is to create a world that has no evil spirits in the first place."
Nineteen spoke eloquently, her voice full of hope and anticipation for the future.
Then she began to explain her idea in detail.
"Simply put, evil spirits are produced by the negative emotions of humans. More fundamentally, they're formed when the negative energy humans emit accumulates. If humans no longer emitted negative energy, evil spirits wouldn't be produced."
Nineteen's explanation was full of scientific logic and deep philosophical thought.
From this, she proposed two solutions: "The first is to remove the negative energy from all humans; the second is to teach all humans how to control their negative energy." Wisdom shone in her golden eyes. She seemed to have found a solution to the problems plaguing the demon world.
Xia Bu sat quietly, listening to Nineteen's explanation. His expression didn't show the same shock as before.
Instead, a contemplative light shone in his eyes as he considered whether Nineteen's idea could work.
Jia Meng watched the scene and silently sighed.
He knew that the main reason Xia Bu had begun to reconsider his beliefs was the Star Festival incident.
Thinking of all the pain and suffering Xia Bu had endured, Jia Meng couldn't help feeling sympathy and regret.
Now, Jia Meng had changed the course of many events. He hoped Xia Bu could find a brighter path and wouldn't become trapped by those dark thoughts again.
