After all, following the devastation of Lightless City, the entire Drow population had dwindled to fewer than twenty thousand, and males accounted for over half.

Of course, he couldn't turn them into an effective fighting force in such a short time.

In fact, Tang could foresee that once the elite women of the Ritual Group tried to suppress this reactionary force, the male Drow would collapse like a burst dam.

"No." The spy shook his head. "In fact, a solemn sacrificial ceremony like this rarely happens even once a year."
