Iron Elder pondered for a moment, then said gravely, "Less than thirty percent. Want to give it a try? You still have plenty of Rift Heaven Crystals anyway. If it fails, you can settle for a high-grade mining hoe."
Qin Guan waved his hand with a smile. "I don't need you to forge it, Martial Uncle. I just want to know the material recipe for forging a mining axe."
Iron Elder raised a brow at Qin Guan's words. "What, are you looking down on Old Man's craftsmanship? Let me tell you, though Old Man used to be a scholar, my forging skills are no slouch. In all of Craftsman City, if Old Man calls himself second, no one would dare call themselves first."

Iron Elder abruptly changed tack. "There is someone on the Southern Pole Continent whose forging skills are a little better than mine. He can forge perfect mining axes. Old Man can do it too, but my success rate is less than ten percent, while his is twenty percent."
"What about the peerless grade?" Qin Guan hurriedly asked.

Iron Elder looked at Qin Guan and waved a hand, his expression resolute. "A peerless Rift Heaven Divine Axe—forget the Southern Pole Continent, even the top forging masters of the entire Primordial Realm might not be able to forge one."
