It was like the birthplace of life itself, as though every living creature in the Star Dou Great Forest had been nurtured here. It carried the profound truths of heaven and earth. Even the slightest sound would ruin the peace and beauty of this place.
Not far from the lake, a Soul Beast as enormous as a mountain sat on the ground, stuffing something into its mouth. This massive Soul Beast possessed traits of both an ape and a chimpanzee, its entire body covered in dark black fur. Its lantern-sized eyes glimmered with a yellow crystal-like sheen, and as it sat there, it resembled a small protruding hill.
"Wait a second, why does this scene feel so familiar? Could this be the Lake of Life? Is that gorilla the Titan Giant Ape, Er Ming?"
