"Look for him in front, and suddenly he's behind you"—there was no better way to describe the attacks of Nine-Bend Flying Eagle Togos. He flashed and shifted like a ghost, his figure still in front while his blade's light already slashed out from behind Tuoya, impossible to pin down and leaving her scrambling.
Fortunately, Tuoya knew Togos's temperament and skill well. She was also adept at arts and divine abilities, and reacted in time. A vertical eye split open between her brows, golden and holy, releasing billions of rays that coiled around her like a deity descending from heaven.
The saber struck, and the golden rays parted soundlessly. The severed edges looked smooth, yet were warped and shadowy, as if displaced by a shift through the void. The strike stirred no energy, giving the impression that nothing could withstand it. This was the Void Divine Saber that let Togos roam the Grasslands unchecked!
A nearly transparent Dharma image appeared behind him, shaped like a human with eight arms and six legs, each limb like a tentacle reaching deep into the void and connecting to every direction. His Grandmaster Domain was already open. Within his mind, the area stretching dozens of miles around him became countless tiny points, each of which could overlap with his own body at any moment. There was nowhere he could not go, nothing that could stop him.
How could Togos, the arrogant and overbearing leader of the Golden Tent Warriors who dared look down on peak Exterior Scenery experts, lack real skill?
He often resented the fact that if his reputation hadn't been overshadowed by the leader's and confined to the Grasslands, he wouldn't have been an unknown on the Earth Ranking. He could surely have made the top sixty.
