He Xi is a former member of the Angels’ Three Kings. She helped create defensive lines and advanced technology for the Merlot Heavenly Court. After Keisha passes the interim throne to Angel Yan, He Xi restrains angels who react angrily to news that Keisha is about to go offline, then tests Yan before helping her upgrade 59 66 76.
Interested in Ye Yang’s power, He Xi sends a clone to Earth to observe him and investigate his genes. She later trades an Angel gene-unlocking code to Earth’s representatives for Ye Yang’s records and combat footage, guaranteeing that she will not harm him 66 73 74.
