Background / History
Hua Ye led the Sky Scum from the Heavenly Palace Ship near Pluto. After Ruo Ning failed to return from Earth, he concluded that Keisha's death had created an opening for male angels to reclaim power. He ordered wandering male angels across the universe to gather under his banner, declaring that he had waited thirty thousand years for the coming regime war 67.
Karl recruited Hua Ye as a useful instrument for accelerating the Void Era. Despite Hua Ye's disrespectful attitude, Karl upgraded him to a Fourth Generation God Body and implanted a Void Engine, then sent him back to his forces 68. Hua Ye subsequently expanded his following with God of War leaders and representatives of civilizations hostile to the female angels 106.
Hua Ye's forces attacked Liang Bing and Suo Dun on Earth. His Sky Scum severed Liang Bing's arm, while Ruo Ning was later abandoned during her retreat from Ye Yang; Hua Ye chose to preserve his own forces rather than rescue her 62 64 65.
When Ye Yang came to Boke Star seeking Hua Ye, Hua Ye initially treated him as a Super God of War created by Liang Bing. He trapped Ye Yang in Void force fields, attacked him with Void energy, and attempted to recruit him so that Ye Yang's genes could be used to produce an army 109 110.
After Ye Yang escaped the confinement and became overwhelmingly stronger, Hua Ye repeatedly escalated the battle: he created black holes, received covert Great Clock support from Karl, detonated ten stars, and later attempted to bombard Ye Yang with a thousand black holes 114 115 116 117. These measures failed. Hua Ye eventually surrendered the Black Hole Engine, but Ye Yang destroyed the Heavenly Palace Ship and shredded his Fourth Generation God Body with Immortal King-level Grass Sword Intent, leaving sword qi behind to prevent his atoms from reforming 120 121.
Karl later recovered Hua Ye's remains and resurrected him through a Fifth Generation God Body based on Su Mali's corpse. Hua Ye was sent to capture Liang Bing, but Ye Yang intercepted him; when Hua Ye tried escaping through a wormhole, Ye Yang forced him back and bound him in place 131 134.
Personality
Hua Ye is arrogant, cruel, and openly lecherous. He treats subordinates and enemies as expendable tools, displays interest in Ye Yang's Shrink Lamp for perverse purposes, and considers the prospect of shrinking people into helpless playthings 106.
He is also opportunistic and politically ambitious. Keisha's apparent death is not merely a military opening to him, but the chance to restore male angel rule after thirty thousand years of waiting 67. He seeks conquest, resources, vassals, and an army made from Ye Yang's genes 67 110.
His confidence deteriorates into panic when faced with Ye Yang's escalating power. Though he continues using catastrophic attacks, he ultimately surrenders the Black Hole Engine and begs to leave when he realizes he cannot win 117 120.
Abilities & Skills
Fourth Generation God Body
Hua Ye's upgraded divine body can reform after being physically destroyed, including after Ye Yang kicks it apart and later shreds it into atomic fragments.
- Reconstitutes from dispersed atomic fragments after destruction 114.
- Can self-destruct and restore itself to peak condition 120.
- Its regeneration was halted by Immortal King sword qi that continuously shredded its atoms 121.
- The body still experiences intense pain when destroyed 114.
Void Engine and Black Hole Engine
Karl's upgrades give Hua Ye Void-based combat capabilities and large-scale spatial manipulation.
- Creates Void force fields that immobilize targets and render brute force ineffective 109.
- Fires dark-purple Void energy balls capable of incapacitating Second Generation Angels and killing them by eroding their life force 109.
- Generates Void Order Chains to bind targets and suppress their movements 113.
- Uses rule powers to define and restrain space 113 115.
- Produces black holes, from miniature constructs to a twelve-kilometer-radius primordial black hole 111 114.
- Cannot safely withstand the black holes he creates if they are fully activated 114.
Great Clock Sequence Support
Karl secretly amplifies Hua Ye's Black Hole Engine during the fight with Ye Yang.
- Enhances his algorithms and combat output rather than granting him direct immunity to black-hole forces 115.
- Allows stronger space definition and an anti-energy shield that briefly isolates Ye Yang's divine sense 115.
- Lets Hua Ye summon ten stars and detonate them above Ye Yang 115 116.
- Enables attempts to create and deploy up to a thousand black holes 117.
Fifth Generation God Body
Hua Ye's later body is made from Void Matter and houses his soul within Su Mali's modified corpse.
- Is described by Karl as exponentially stronger than Hua Ye's Fourth Generation body 131.
- Retains a Black Hole Engine and connection to the Great Clock 131.
- Receives continuous amplification from Void Power 134.
- Cannot escape Ye Yang's direct spatial control; his wormhole retreat is forcibly reversed 134.
