In the aftermath, new sects and a Demon Hunter Guild formed, while Tang San and Dai Mubai set out toward new opportunities.

• The Wolf Tide attacked Notting City as Qiao Feng fought Emperor Shitian, and reinforcements arrived to defend the city.
• Saint Master brought the Crocodile Demon King and transformed Soul Beasts into the battle, forcing the Soul Masters to fight on several fronts.
• Shi Hao stopped the Titan Giant Ape’s assault on the defenders, while Soul Masters and Demon Beasts clashed across the forest.
• Ning Fengzhi persuaded the Crocodile Demon King to ally with the humans in exchange for the Horizontal River Plain, and the allies drove back the Blood God Society.
• Emperor Shitian escaped with Saint Master, Bai Yifei, and Chen Xuanfeng, while the Crocodile Demon King sacrificed the werewolf corpses to test a possible vaccine.
• Ning Fengzhi evacuated Notting City’s survivors, and Bai Luo gained the Mysterious Old Beggar and Jing Tian templates from his system.

Tom came into Zhu Zhuqing’s life as new sects formed, while Lin Zhengying and Qiao Feng pursued a Royal Zombie that evolved into a Gold Armor Corpse. Meanwhile, Muzan spread the Oni Tribe and Yoriichi, Li Xunhuan, and Dai Mubai tracked demons to Cloud Hidden Mountain, where a Lower Moon sent Dai Mubai to an unfamiliar forest.

• Tom fell from the sky, revealed that he was undead, and Zhu Zhuqing secretly took him home and cared for him.
• A Royal Zombie emerged from a lightning-shattered coffin, attacked an inn’s guests, and prompted the authorities to seek help from Lin Zhengying and the Demon Hunter Guild.
• Tree Demon Grandma captured Bu Le, Lao E, and Tian Ya, transformed them into beautiful women, and sent them to work as courtesans at Snow Moon Tower.
• Dai Mubai met Li Xunhuan and Yoriichi Tsugikuni, learned their histories, and began training in Thunder Breathing while they pursued demons toward Cloud Hidden Mountain.
• Muzan Kibutsuji turned Lin Zhishen into an oni and directed him to spread the Oni Tribe among nobles, soul masters, and ordinary people.
• The Royal Zombie defeated Lord Bayi and Lao Luo, captured hundreds of oni, and evolved into a Gold Armor Corpse as Qiao Feng and his companions pursued it.
• Dai Mubai and Li Xunhuan fought oni on Cloud Hidden Mountain, then followed two captured demons to a cave where Yoriichi confronted their leader.
• The Lower Moon sent Dai Mubai and Li Xunhuan to separate locations with his Blood Demon Art, while Yoriichi left him and Qing Wan alive and Dai Mubai emerged in an unfamiliar forest.

Bai Luo infiltrated Dai Mubai’s journey while the Royal Zombie’s Corpse Oni threat drew Qiao Feng, Lin Zhengying, and the empires into action. Zhu Zhuqing reunited with Yoriichi Tsugikuni and learned Dai Mubai had been spending his days at Snow Moon Tower, ending by confronting him there.

• Bai Luo entered his Corpse Demon Disaster script as Li Xiaoyao, rescued Dai Mubai from Xenomorphs, and learned Thunder Breathing before they escaped the valley together.
• Bai Luo and Dai Mubai reached Violet Luo City, where Dai Mubai won the Soul Grandmaster division at Snow Moon Tower and stayed with its three disguised courtesans night after night.
• Lin Zhengying and the Peerless Dragon Snake discovered mutated Corpse Oni in Lord Bayi’s castle, then Li Xunhuan joined them and explained the Oni Tribe and Muzan Kibutsuji.
• Qiao Feng and his allies warned Violet Luo City, Spirit Hall, and both empires about the Royal Zombie’s Corpse Oni, while the Royal Zombie planned to become a Flying Zombie and attack human settlements.
• Zhu Zhuqing joined the Netherworld Spirit Cat Family convoy, received the Nine Yin Divine Claw manual from the Old Beggar, and met Yoriichi Tsugikuni, who taught the travelers Breathing Methods and the Ripple Energy Art.
• In Violet Luo City, Yoriichi met Qiao Feng and the others and began teaching a larger group, while Zhu Zhuqing heard that Dai Mubai had been frequenting Snow Moon Tower.
• Zhu Zhuqing went to Snow Moon Tower in disguise, saw Dai Mubai arrive with Bai Luo, and confronted him about staying there instead of preparing for the trials.

Bai Luo and his allies faced the Royal Zombie’s growing Corpse Oni threat as factions gathered to defend Violet Luo City. The city survived a major assault after reinforcements arrived, leaving the defenders to pursue the surviving Corpse Oni and weaken the Corpse Ghoul Virus.

• Zhu Zhuqing rejected Dai Mubai after he abandoned their shared fight, and Yoriichi Tsugikuni brought her back from Snow Moon Tower to join the Breathing Technique training.
• Bai Luo rapidly mastered Thunder Breathing and Sun Breathing as the Royal Zombie advanced into a Flying Zombie and led a horde to attack nearby settlements.
• The Royal Zombie’s forces devastated Violet Forest City, and Qiao Feng led fighters to Lanlin Town, where the Royal Zombie ambushed them and grievously wounded Qiao Feng, Yoriichi Tsugikuni, and Li Xunhuan.
• Bai Luo intervened as the Old Beggar, drove off the Royal Zombie, then gave martial arts to himself and selected youths before leaving Violet Luo City with Dai Changkong and his wife.
• Bibi Dong sent Spirit Kite Douluo to seek the Crocodile Demon King, who agreed to help humanity and traveled with her to Violet Luo City.
• Emperor Shitian and Saint Master allied the Blood God Society with the Royal Zombie, and the combined forces attacked Violet Luo City after the Crocodile Demon King blocked their underground route.
• The Royal Zombie’s army and the Blood God Society battled Violet Luo City’s defenders, with Emperor Shitian and Saint Master badly injuring Qiao Feng’s allies and threatening the city.
