Ye Xingchen fought the Ancient Supremes and the Dark Turmoil while trying to resume his life at Longteng University. After Tang Wanwan pursued him and recovered her family’s businesses, Murong Yunhai used her to lure Ye Xingchen into a basement as Tang San rose to Quasi-Emperor.

• Ye Xingchen defeated Murong Yunhai’s hired fighters, then returned to the Road to Immortality and fought the Ancient Supremes with four Supreme Imperial Weapons, becoming a Great Emperor and helping An Miaoyi recover from Amitabha Buddha’s mark.
• The Ancient Supremes discovered the Road to Immortality was a lie and rampaged across the universe, while Ye Xingchen fought the Stone Emperor and other Dark Supremes alongside Gai Jiuyou, Ye Fan, and allies.
• After the fighting, Ye Xingchen returned to Longteng University and rescued Tang Wanwan from Sun Tianhai, who later tried to curse Ye Xingchen with help from a Miaojiang Grandmaster.
• Ye Xingchen defeated the Grandmaster, forced Sun Tianhai to return the Tang Family’s businesses, and killed him when he tried to escape, and Xiaohua then made clear that Tang Wanwan could not be with Ye Xingchen.
• Ye Xingchen knocked Tang Wanwan unconscious and left with Xiaohua, but Emperor Zun later restored Tang Wanwan’s memories and gave her a jade token.
• Tang San reached Quasi-Emperor and fought Ye Fan, who drove him back with wisps of Ye Xingchen’s power.
• Murong Yunhai lured Ye Xingchen to his basement with Tang Wanwan bound there, but Ye Xingchen immobilized the thugs and took the knife away from Murong Yunhai.

Ye Xingchen established the Heavenly Court, defeated Emperor Zun, and led it into the Immortal Realm before entering the River of Time with the Ruthless Great Emperor, Ye Fan, and Great Emperor Wushi. In the past, he met Bear Child in Stone Village, intervened in Bear Child’s conflict with Shi Hao, and set out with him toward the Heaven Mending Pavilion.

• Ye Xingchen reached the Half-Step Great Emperor Realm, completed his tribulation, and declared that he would establish the Heavenly Court while Tang San became the Asura Great Emperor and swore to oppose him.
• Ye Xingchen married Zhou Ling'er in Huanxi Village, and they had a daughter, after three hundred years, he helped Xian'er defeat the Golden Crow Great Emperor and allowed prodigies to pursue the Great Emperor realm.
• Ye Xingchen and Ye Fan destroyed the Tang Sect, then joined the Ruthless Great Emperor in carrying the Heavenly Court into the Immortal Realm, where they killed Emperor Zun and reunited with Great Emperor Wushi.
• Ye Xingchen, the Ruthless Great Emperor, Ye Fan, and Great Emperor Wushi entered the River of Time to confront the threat around the Boundary Sea, and Ye Xingchen awoke in Stone Village beside the childhood Desolate Heavenly Emperor.
• Ye Xingchen joined Bear Child in the Great Wilderness, clashed with Shi Hao after the boy attacked Bear Child, and left with Bear Child when Willow God restrained Shi Hao’s Guardian of the Dao.
• Ye Xingchen and Bear Child traveled toward a city, where Bear Child beat down bandits and Ye Xingchen stopped a playboy from assaulting Huo Ling'er, and Ye Xingchen accepted her offer to guide them to the Heaven Mending Pavilion.

Ye Xingchen and his companions entered the Heaven Mending Sect, gained the Fire God’s legacy, and survived an attack by Upper Realm remnants. After Shi Zhongtian uncovered what had happened to his grandson, Ye Xingchen, Bear Child, and Huo Ling'er entered the Hundred Broken Mountains, where Ye Xingchen captured the God-Striking Stone.

• Ye Xingchen, Bear Child, and Huo Ling'er passed the Heaven Mending Sect’s entrance trial by targeting other contestants, then defeated Wang Ping and became Inner Disciples.
• Ye Xingchen mastered the Golden-Winged Roc’s Treasure Technique, and the trio later entered the Fire Spirit World for training.
• Ye Xingchen gained the Fire God’s legacy and weapon, then drove off Witch and Qingyi when they tried to claim it.
• Upper Realm remnants attacked Ye Xingchen and his companions, but the Divine Vine and the Dean defeated the attackers and destroyed the sect responsible.

Ye Xingchen helped Bear Child survive the Heaven Mending Sect's destruction, then went to the Kunpeng Nest and hatched the Kunpeng Egg. The stretch ended with Shi Hao and Bear Child clashing in the Void Divine Realm as Immortal Hall Heavenly Gods confronted Ye Xingchen over the Kunpeng.

• Ye Xingchen and Bear Child searched Treasure-Dividing Cliff, claimed the Little Tower and Original True Explanation, and later reunited with Shi Hao and his grandfather, Shi Zhongtian.
• Ye Xingchen fought Shi Hao in the Hundred Broken Mountains, then left with Bear Child as the Heaven Mending Sect faced attacks from unknown enemies.
• Ye Xingchen absorbed Divine Vine's remaining life force and used his new power to kill invaders, while Bear Child and the sect's disciples fought to defend the academy.
• After the Dean sent Ye Xingchen and Bear Child away, Ye Xingchen brought Bear Child to Shi Zhongtian, and Shi Hao reunited with A Man at the Ancestral Land.
• Ye Xingchen parted from Bear Child and entered the Kunpeng Nest, where he defeated Ten Crown King and chose to claim the Kunpeng Egg instead of the World Tree.
• Ye Xingchen awakened and hatched the Kunpeng Egg, then named the growing Kunpeng and rode away as Witch left without the treasures she sought.
• Shi Hao revealed his ten grotto-heavens in the Void Divine Realm and fought Bear Child, while three Immortal Hall Heavenly Gods confronted Ye Xingchen and demanded the Kunpeng.
