Ye Xingchen led Shrek Academy to victory in the Advanced Soul Master Competition, confronted Tang San, and left for the City of Slaughter. The arc ended with Ye Xingchen entering the Asura Arena as Tang San and Hu Liena watched.

• Ye Xingchen killed Shi Nian after breaking his illusion, and Huo Wu later sought him out and kissed him.
• Ye Xingchen defeated Blue Sunshine Academy and absorbed a powerful Soul Ring, then accepted Bibi Dong’s invitation to Spirit City while questioning her claims about their past.
• Ye Xingchen defeated Feng Tianxiao and led Shrek Academy through the canyon ambush, where Ju Hua Guan and Old Ghost seized Tang San before Tang Hao drove them off.
• Bibi Dong welcomed Ye Xingchen to Spirit City and revealed that she believed he had guided her years earlier, while Ye Xingchen remained unable to confirm the story because of his lost memories.
• Ye Xingchen defeated Dai Weisi, Feng Tianxiao, and Spirit Hall’s Golden Generation during the competition, then defeated Tang San and won the championship.
• Tang San exposed Xiao Wu as a transformed Soul Beast, Tang Hao appeared to protect him, and Ye Xingchen shielded Spirit Hall before ordering Tang San and his allies hunted.
• Ye Xingchen left with Xiao Wu for the Star Dou Great Forest, while Tang San and Hu Liena entered the City of Slaughter to grow stronger.
• Ye Xingchen arrived in the City of Slaughter, warned Tang San that he would kill him on Hell Road, accepted the Slaughter Envoy’s bronze token, and entered the Asura Arena.

Ye Xingchen conquered the City of Slaughter, reclaimed Tang San’s Blue Silver Domain, and reunited with Xiao Wu as the Clear Sky Sect moved against his allies. After helping defend the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, he established the Heavenly Court and left Spirit Hall supporting its growth.

• Ye Xingchen defeated Tang San in the City of Slaughter, took his Blue Silver Domain, and escaped the King of Slaughter’s attempt to stop him.
• At Moonlight Pavilion, Ye Xingchen passed himself off as Tang San, became involved with Tang Yuehua, Qian Renxue, and Xue Ke, and later revealed his identity to Tang Yuehua.
• Ye Xingchen joined Spirit Hall’s group in the Star Dou Great Forest, defeated Chrysanthemum Douluo in a test of authority, and went after the Clear Sky Sect forces hunting Xiao Wu.
• Ye Xingchen rescued Xiao Wu from the Clear Sky Sect disciples and fought alongside Chrysanthemum Douluo against the sect’s elders, then learned the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect was in danger.
• Ye Xingchen and Xiao Wu attended Shrek Academy’s reunion, where they reunited with their friends and Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing joined them on the journey to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.
• Ye Xingchen warned Ning Fengzhi of the coming attack, proposed founding the Heavenly Court, and gained Ning Fengzhi and Hu Liena’s support.
• The Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and Spirit Hall ambushed the Clear Sky Sect invaders, and Ye Xingchen helped defeat the fleeing Blazing Sun Titled Douluo.
• Ye Xingchen announced the Heavenly Court’s establishment, and Bibi Dong approved it and ordered Spirit Hall branches to recruit for it.

Ye Xingchen consolidated his allies, helped Qian Renxue secure the Heaven Dou Empire, and traveled with his companions to Sea God Island. There, the Sea God’s aura made the islanders recognize him as a possible successor, while Tang San arrived separately and revealed his connection to Tang Chen.

• Ye Xingchen welcomed the Four Elemental Academies and the Four Great Clans into the Heavenly Court while Qian Renxue left Spirit Hall to join it.
• Qian Renxue defeated Xue Beng’s bid for the throne with help from Ye Xingchen, Bibi Dong, and their allies, then inherited the Heaven Dou Empire after the Snow Emperor died.
• Tang San and the Clear Sky Sect’s attack on the Heaven Dou capital failed, and Tang San set out for Sea God Island to grow stronger.
• Ye Xingchen defeated Tang San in Vast Sea City, then his group fought off the pirate crew that had planned to rob and capture them.
• Ye Xingchen subdued the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King by offering it the Heaven Shading Method, then rescued his companions from the pirates on Zi Zhenzhu’s island.
• Ye Xingchen and his companions reached Sea God Island, where he released the Sea God’s aura and was welcomed as a possible inheritor.
• Bo Saixi arranged to test Ye Xingchen, while Tang San arrived separately, fought the island’s disciples, and revealed that Tang Chen was his great-grandfather.
