Brat was a level 2 Warrior and possessed very few abilities. The more important ones were "Fighting Style" and "Weapon Mastery."

Both of these happened to be compatible with Paladins and Rangers.

Anse's Fighting Style was "protection," while Brat's was "Intercept." He could learn Brat's Fighting Style and also share his own with Brat.

The same applied to Weapon Mastery. He could share Shortsword Mastery with Brat, or learn Brat's warhammer and Handaxe Mastery, or Captain Salian's Shortbow Mastery.

However, this did not mean mastering them directly. It was "Ability Mapping"—first granting both parties the relevant body of knowledge and methods of practice. After a certain period of training and subtle influence, the recipient could quickly master the ability.

This discovery greatly excited Anse.

That was the bad thing about Dice: many Adventure Traits were explained vaguely.

Now that he had four class samples—Elise, Brat, Finn, and Salian—covering Sorcerers, Warriors, and Rangers, there was much more to study.

After a round of random experimentation, he finally reached an exciting conclusion:

Any ability that could be acquired through learning could be learned and shared, as long as the attribute and class requirements were met!

The first major category was spells. The prerequisite was possessing the corresponding Spellcasting ability. Cantrips and Ritual spells had relatively low requirements, while regular spells demanded more.

For example, Elise could learn the 1st-level Ritual spell "Alarm," but she could not learn "Mage Armor" because she was not a mage.

The second category was General Feats.

Salian was an older Wood Elf and was proficient with shields, so he could learn Anse's "Shield Master" feat.

However, he could not possibly learn the "Elemental Control" feat. Only Spellcasters like Elise could do that.
