A blue-glowing triangle.
A blue triangle capable of supplying enormous amounts of energy.
Though this thing did not look as awe-inspiring as Doctor Otto's Nuclear Fusion, it was still breathtaking.
Doctor Otto had almost perfectly replicated the Arc Reactor in Tony's chest. Harry wondered whether Tony would accuse Osborn of plagiarism again when he saw it.
"It was beautiful, wasn't it?" Doctor Otto said.
"It was." Harry took the Reactor from Doctor Otto's Mechanical Arm.
"As an energy supply, the Reactor was extremely stable and efficient. Such a small Reactor could actually generate energy at such high power." Doctor Otto could not praise the little thing enough.
"Could it be commercialized?" Harry asked the crucial question.
There were many factors to consider when deciding whether a new type of energy could be commercialized. Not every form of New Energy was suited for commercial use.
The most important consideration was whether it could make money.
Although Tony had cobbled together an Arc Reactor as soon as he returned from Afghanistan, it had not truly been commercialized until the eve of the Battle of New York.
Doctor Otto said it could be done, but it was not as wonderful as Harry had imagined.
"Although this element is highly efficient for power generation, producing it is troublesome. If it is used to generate electricity, the cost might not be much better than our current technology. I'm not boasting."
That was not impossible.
Tony had connected Stark Tower to this kind of energy in Avengers 1. But it had been limited to Stark Tower.
Based on Pepper's later conversation with him, they seemed more likely to sell this energy to private users rather than cities.
Or perhaps they simply had not yet gained the ability to supply power on a large scale.
Besides, Harry
