After half a month of work, it was finally done. I was so exhausted I barely looked human—I'd dropped from 170 to 160. Ten pounds in half a month—what kind of concept was that?!
So tonight, the boss was treating everyone to relax.
First of all, the boss was covering the full package—food, drinks, and entertainment—so I definitely had to go. After all, it was the boss's treat (absolutely).
Second, we hadn't gone out to have fun in so long. A bunch of animals had been holding it in for ages; it'd be a miracle if we didn't go wild tonight.
Considering my alcohol tolerance, and the typos that showed up when I wrote after getting drunk last time, Dashu decided to bail today and make it up with four updates tomorrow.
