Banban is identified as the Asura Sword Scabbard Goddess who can summon and command Sea God Tang San. Tang San fears her despite resenting her control over him. 2 90

After ascending to the God Realm, Banban integrated the Asura Sword Scabbard into herself and used both it and her knowledge of Tang San's weaknesses to keep him under control. She openly supported the God of Destruction's plan to broadcast Tang San's scandals, primarily because she wanted to humiliate and torment him. 149

Evil Eye and Infinite Vacuum portrayal

In the Evil Eye Heavenly Screen, Banban is an aged yet formidable figure living beneath the earth. Xiao Hei presents Huo Yuhao as a promising candidate whose suffering and Evil Eye bloodline could allow him to awaken the Mangekyo. 126

Banban sought to use Huo Yuhao's Eternal Mangekyo and young body as sacrificial material to restore her youth, activate the Rinnegan, and break Tang San's seal on the moon.
