Tiehuo was tirelessly inventing dark history about the Hokage.
He claimed that the First Hokage had been jealous of Uchiha Madara's reputation and had deliberately driven him away.
He claimed that Izuna had really invented the Flying Thunder God, and that Tobirama was nothing but a thieving plagiarist.
He claimed that Tobirama had felt guilty back then and had originally planned to name Kagami Uchiha as his successor, but Hiruzen Sarutobi and Shimura Danzō had conspired to alter his final orders and worked together to kill Kagami Uchiha.
The Hokage Faction's dark history made even Youhu's scalp tingle.
He'd only embellished the Ninja World's history a little for artistic effect, mainly highlighting the bonds and friendship between the Successive Hokage. It had still been, for the most part, full of the Will of Fire.
Tiehuo, on the other hand, had gone too far. He was outright slandering the Hokage Faction.

And with these Uchiha Believers who believed every word, Youhu figured they'd eventually be swindled out of their Ninja Retirement Certificates and end up living on the streets, entirely dependent on the clan's charity.

"Wasn't our organization called the Abstract Faction?"
Tiehuo began to explain.
"Lord Youhu, the clan members thought 'Abstract Faction' sounded a bit unpleasant, so they changed the name to the Uchiha Fan Faction."
"The gunbai is our Uchiha clan crest. It represents both your and Lord Izuna's legacy, as well as the hopes of our Uchiha."
"That works."
Youhu didn't dwell on it.
Although he was the Faction Leader, Tiehuo was the one who actually ran the faction and recruited new members. Tiehuo would probably be the one in charge of the Uchiha Fan Faction in the future, too. Youhu didn't have that much time to waste managing the clan.

Tiehuo gathered his thoughts before answering. "The parchment you entrusted to me has been very useful. I feel like my chakra has grown considerably stronger, and quite a few clan members have successfully awakened the Sharingan thanks to the inheritance Lord Izuna left behind."
"If not for that, so many of the Moderates wouldn't have joined us."
"Did you come to take the parchment back?"
