The pirates were stunned for a moment, then burst into laughter. "Sairona, are you joking? Kill them all? We'd have a hard time killing that many even if we went soft!" a potbellied captain pushed through the crowd and laughed. "Bang—"

The gunshot drowned out the captains' voices. The potbellied captain toppled backward with a thud, dead with his eyes wide open. "Then you can go die." Sairona's face was expressionless, his tone even colder. Lance sighed beside him. They must have been enjoying the easy life for too long. Had they forgotten where the name Red Devil came from?

Sairona blew the smoke from his gun barrel and surveyed the crowd, taking in the expressions of the pirate captains. The corners of his mouth lifted. Rono stood up. At nearly four meters tall, he put the others under immense pressure. He tossed aside the wine jug in his hand, and his blood-red eyes made them break out in a cold sweat.
