Sasuke extended his right hand toward Liao Wu's Susanoo, gathering an immense amount of chakra in his Rinnegan.

Sasuke's Planetary Devastation did not create a black sphere of immense gravity and send it into the sky to pull enemies toward it.
Instead, it used the target being sealed as the core of the seal.
Planetary Devastation acted directly on Liao Wu. The surrounding yellow sand came surging toward him under an enormous pull, forming a gigantic sand sphere with him at its center.
"Cough, cough..."
Sasuke breathed a sigh of relief. He had finally sealed Liao Wu.
But—
"Sage Art: Susanoo!"
Immense senjutsu power erupted from within the sand sphere, easily tearing through Sasuke's Planetary Devastation seal.
The sphere fell apart in a rain of sand, and Susanoo still stood high in the sky like a god.
But it had changed considerably. A white snake resembling a tailed beast coiled around its neck.
The black Susanoo had become more solid, as though it had merged with nature and come alive.
Sasuke looked up, disbelief filling his eyes.
He saw Liao Wu inside Susanoo's Divine Platform, his skin as pale as a white snake's, snake horns growing from his head.
He looked just like Kabuto had in Sage form back then.
"You learned the Ryūchi Cave Sage Art?"
With his arms folded, Liao Wu looked down at Sasuke. "What's so surprising about that? What puzzles me is why you never learned senjutsu."
There was no truth to the idea that the Uchiha Clan was unsuited to senjutsu!
Learning senjutsu required immense chakra reserves, and the Uchiha Clan had exactly that. They met that requirement perfectly.
Learning senjutsu also required an extremely refined chakra control ability, allowing natural energy to be blended with one's own chakra at a one-to-one ratio.
