Frieza unleashed a technique at him that resembled the Solar Flare, but it wasn't the Solar Flare. Perhaps it was a move Frieza had created himself. It caused no damage, but instead left Son Goten dazed.
After running behind Son Goten, Frieza was just about to attack when Son Goten trapped his arm. Son Goten clamped down on it, seized his hand, and swung him through the air dozens of times before finally flinging him straight into the enormous crater.
Just as Frieza was about to fall into the giant hole, he fired a reverse blast into it and propelled himself upward. Frieza was furious, with lightning flashing all around him as the two forces combined.
Taking advantage of the lava surging upward, Chen quickly teleported in front of Frieza, then behind him. Frieza unleashed a light-wave blast and fired it at Chen.
Chen flew up at that moment and happened to face Frieza head-on, launching an attack. Chen assumed a battle stance, but Frieza immediately leaped behind him.
The ground split even wider, and seawater poured in as towering waves surged. Bulma was extremely worried inside the spaceship and said nervously, "It's no good anymore. If we wait any longer, we won't be able to take off at all."
The spaceship was still slowly sinking. Bulma began activating the controls, but Tien Shinhan stopped her. "No, Chen hasn't returned yet." Bulma seemed quite confident. "Son Goten will be fine. He must have another plan."
Tien Shinhan remained uneasy. "Please, Bulma, wait for Chen. Just wait a little longer." Seeing Tien Shinhan's expression, Bulma couldn't bring herself to refuse.
Piccolo's body was still bleeding. On Earth, Kami was praying for him as well. The two shared life and death, and Kami thought, *Hang in there, Piccolo. If the two of
