Trunks landed on the ground. "I can turn into a Super Saiyan too, but I'm still no match for them. They're too strong. I'm going too. I may not like him, but I can't let Dad go off and get himself killed."
With that, Trunks flew off as well. Bulma had heard what Trunks said and was very curious. "Dad? He called him Dad? What's going on?"
Seeing how curious Bulma looked, Piccolo told her, "There's no point hiding it anymore. His name is Trunks, and his father is Vegeta. His mother is you. In other words, he's what this baby will look like when he grows up."
As he spoke, Piccolo pointed at the baby in Bulma's arms. Bulma was stunned by what he said, and Goku and Krillin were just as surprised. "What? No way!"
Bulma picked up Kid Trunks and examined him closely. "No way. Is that really true?" Krillin was flustered. "Now that you mention it, he really does look like him! I finally understand why that guy can turn into a Super Saiyan too."
Bulma lifted Trunks up and took a good look at him. Then she thought, Trunks, so you grow up to be a good man after all. Thank goodness. With such a fierce look in your eyes, I've always worried about you.
But when she looked closely at Trunks's eyes, they really were a lot like Vegeta's. Still, thinking of what Trunks would be like in the future, she felt reassured.
Piccolo then told Krillin and Tien Shinhan, "Krillin, Tien, let's find Dr. Gero's lab together! We should destroy the androids before they make a move."
Just then, a rock fell and hit Jiro in the face, waking him up. He moved, still pinned under some rocks. "Seriously, are you ignoring me?"
