They were both fighting at close range, and they were struggling fiercely. Then they crashed into each other again. Their Combat Power was so immense that the Internal energy they unleashed put tremendous pressure on the environment.
A small volcano across from them erupted in an instant, and the nearby islands were devastated. The mountainous islands crumbled, seawater flooded in, and the environment suffered tremendous damage.
No. 18 looked around at the destruction, growing impatient. "How many islands do they have to destroy before they're satisfied?" Just then, Krillin spotted thick smoke billowing over an uninhabited island in the distance.
Krillin and the others stared in amazement. "That's incredible! Piccolo's still fighting with everything he's got!" Tien Shinhan was the angriest of all. "The frustrating part is that all we can do is watch."
Then Krillin looked up at the distant sky, a sense of dread spreading across his face. "What's going on?" Yamcha and the others hadn't sensed anything yet. "What is it?" "Someone's approaching. And now, of all times!"
After Krillin said that, Tien Shinhan sensed it too. "Is it Cell?" Sure enough, Cell was struggling to make his way toward them. "I've been looking forward to this day for so long."
Even so, Piccolo and the others hadn't noticed the arrival of the android, Cell. They kept fighting, but No. 17's Combat Power was steadily declining—or rather, Piccolo's Combat Power was increasing.
At last, a punch drove No. 17 down to the seabed. He stood there, glaring angrily at Piccolo, who leaped down after him. Bubbles began rising around them, and as their power
