But Android 16 didn't agree. "Wait! Let them start fighting before we make a move. Come to think of it, it's strange... Compared to last time, Vegeta's power has increased considerably."
That surprised them. 18 looked at 16. "No way! How could he have improved so much in such a short time? He didn't seem to be holding back last time, either! So why is Vegeta so powerful?"
Vegeta confidently told Cell, "Watch closely, Cell! That disgusting smile of yours is about to disappear!" He began gathering his ki.

Piccolo walked to the edge of the Heavenly Realm and once again changed into his Battle Suit. He gazed silently down at the world below. "Show me what you've got, Vegeta! That power that surpasses Super Saiyan!"
Vegeta, already a Super Saiyan, unleashed his full power. In an instant, the mountain island crumbled. Cell watched it all, astonished.
Android 18 was shocked too. "Vegeta's power is incredible. I can't believe it!" Vegeta grew stronger bit by bit, the muscles all over his body swelling violently! The ground beneath his feet cracked under the pressure.
Piccolo couldn't believe it either. "Can he get even stronger? This power that surpasses Super Saiyan is incredible. It's beyond anything we can measure!"
