Teaching Taichi the Idiot a Lesson

Chen came outside the cave and found a large tree with a very straight trunk. "Tree-climbing training... I can't even remember how Kakashi taught it. But gathering Chakra in my feet is definitely necessary. I'll try it first!"

With that thought, Chen formed hand seals and gathered all his Chakra in his feet. He sprinted toward the tree before stepping onto the trunk and running upward.

However, after only five steps, he crushed a patch of bark beneath his foot and fell back down.

"Was it because I used too much Chakra?" Chen looked thoughtfully at the damaged spot on the tree.

"I'll try again. This time, I'll reduce the amount of Chakra." Chen continued forming hand seals and gathering Chakra. This time, he used far less than before, then charged at the tree again.

He only made four more steps before losing his balance and falling again.

"Still no good? Did not expect maintaining a certain amount of Chakra to be this difficult. Too much Chakra will break through the trunk, but too little won't create enough adhesion." Chen stared thoughtfully at the tree before him.

"Whatever. I'll try a few more times, then slowly build up experience. I'll find the trick eventually!"

Chen then began that day's tree-climbing training in the woods. He climbed the tree again and again, and fell from it again and again. He kept repeating the process, gradually going from five steps to ten, then twenty.

Before he knew it, a long time had passed. Chen was already exhausted to the point of collapse, leaning against the tree in a sorry state as he rested.

"I've trained for a whole day, and there's already some progress. If I train another day, I'll definitely succeed. Looking at the sky, Sasuke should be getting out of school soon. I look too much of a mess right now. I need to go back and take a bath first, so Sasuke doesn't notice anything. That's enough for today." After resting for a moment, Chen activated the Flying Thunder God. He instantly vanished from the woods and appeared in his room.

"Heh, the Flying Thunder God really is convenient. Time for a bath." After dispelling the clone in his room, Chen headed to the bathroom.

Meanwhile, at the Ninja Academy.

"Alright, that's it for today's lesson. Class is dismissed." After gathering up his teaching materials at the podium, Iruka addressed the students before leaving the Classroom first.

"Yeah! School's finally over!" Once Iruka left the Classroom, the students cheered and began calling their friends over to head home together.

"Hey, Taichi, where are we going to play later?" The three children from yesterday went over to Taichi the Idiot's seat and greeted him. "Let's go to Little Riverside like before. How about going swimming?" Taichi the Idiot replied.

"Sure! Sure! Let's go swimming!" the children echoed.

"None of you are going anywhere. You're giving me an explanation today. Especially you, Taichi the Idiot!" At that moment, Sasuke suddenly appeared behind them and looked at them disdainfully.

"U-Uchiha Sasuke?" The children heard Sasuke's words and turned around. Upon realizing it was Sasuke Uchiha, they were immediately frightened.

"Uchiha Sasuke, w-what do you want?" Taichi the Idiot said nervously when he saw Sasuke had come looking for him.

"Hmph. You know exactly what I want. Come with me to the Training Ground. And don't even think about running away. If you dare not come, I'll find each of you one by one." After saying that, Sasuke turned and headed toward the Training Ground.

"Wow, what's going on? Did Taichi the Idiot and the others offend Uchiha Sasuke?" The rest of the class had heard Sasuke's words and began discussing it with barely concealed delight.

"They used to be so arrogant. Uchiha Sasuke must have found them unpleasant and wants to teach them a lesson."

"Haha! I guarantee Taichi the Idiot and the others are going to get beaten badly by Uchiha Sasuke."

"They deserve it!"

"Come on, let's go see what happens too."

It seemed Taichi the Idiot and his group truly had no friends in the class. Every student disliked them. They sneered from the sidelines, their eyes full of schadenfreude.

"T-Taichi, what do we do? It must be because you beat Uchiha Chen yesterday, so Uchiha Sasuke came looking for us," one of the children asked Taichi the Idiot.

"Uchiha Sasuke must be here to settle the score with us. H-how about we don't go?" another child said fearfully.

"Are you stupid? Uchiha Sasuke just said that if we don't go, he'll come find us one at a time. Then we'll have to face him alone. Do you think you can handle Uchiha Sasuke by yourself?" the last child said.

"W-What are we supposed to do now, Taichi? This is all your fault! You insisted on attacking Uchiha Chen yesterday. Now his brother Uchiha Sasuke has come after us, and you've dragged all of us into it."

"Exactly! We told you yesterday not to bully Uchiha Chen. You just wouldn't listen. So what are we supposed to do now?"

"You were the one who attacked him, yet you dragged us down with you." The three children all complained to Taichi the Idiot.

"Enough. It's too late to say any of that now. What are you afraid of? Let's go see what he wants. Does he really dare fight us? There are four of us and only one of him. What's there to be afraid of? Let's go!" Taichi the Idiot said to the three children. After hearing him, they thought about it. That was right! There were four of them, while Sasuke was alone. Why should they be afraid?

With that thought, the three children were no longer as frightened. Following behind Taichi the Idiot, they also headed toward the school's Training Ground.

When the four arrived at the Training Ground, they found Sasuke waiting for them. Their classmates were also standing nearby, watching them with gloating expressions.

"Uchiha Sasuke, what do you want? Why did you call us here?" Taichi the Idiot glanced at the three people beside him, then forced himself to question Sasuke.

"You know why I called you here! What did you do last night?" Sasuke looked at Taichi the Idiot contemptuously and spoke coldly.

"W-We didn't do anything last night!" one of the children beside Taichi the Idiot said guiltily.

"Hmph! You don't dare admit it? Weren't you quite impressive last night? You actually dared to gang up on my brother, Uchiha Chen, while I wasn't around. I may hate him, but he's still my brother. He's not someone you can bully whenever you feel like it," Sasuke said.

"What? You bastards dared to bully Chen?" Hearing Sasuke's words, Ino angrily leaped out from the crowd, intending to teach Taichi the Idiot and the others a lesson for Chen.

"Ino, don't go over there. Sasuke will handle it. Calm down first," Sakura said as she held Ino back.

"Where's Chen-kun? How is Chen-kun?" Ino asked Sasuke worriedly.

"Hmph. That idiot is fine. He only suffered a few superficial injuries." Seeing Ino ask about him, Sasuke answered indifferently.

"Y-You... what do you want?" Knowing there was no way to hide it anymore, Taichi the Idiot simply admitted it.

"What do I want? Of course, I'm going to make you pay the same price," Sasuke said to the four of them.

"Uchiha Sasuke, don't get too arrogant. Don't think we're afraid of you," Taichi the Idiot said to Sasuke.

"That's right. There are four of us. Why would we be afraid of you?"

"Hmph. Then come at me together! Let's see just how capable trash like you really is." Sasuke looked at them with contempt.

"Bastard, you've gone too far! Let's get him together!" Taichi the Idiot could not tolerate Sasuke calling them trash. He called out to his companions and charged straight at Sasuke.

"Die!" Taichi the Idiot raised his fist and swung it at Sasuke's face, but Sasuke easily dodged. The other kids behind him rushed in as well, all attacking Sasuke. Yet Sasuke seemed to be doing nothing but evading their attacks, never striking back.

"Is this all you've got? Trash." Watching Taichi the Idiot and the others attack, Sasuke grew impatient. He caught an incoming fist with his left hand without even looking to see whose it was, then drove his right fist into the attacker's face, knocking him straight to the ground.

In the end, Taichi the Idiot and those other dead last students were naturally no match for Sasuke. One after another, they were beaten to the ground, wailing in pain.

Sasuke walked over to a child lying on the ground and pressed his foot against the boy's head. "Remember this. If you ever dare offend the Uchiha again, I'll make sure to give you a proper welcome, trash!"

"I won't do it again, I won't! We didn't bully Uchiha Chen—it was all Taichi the Idiot! He did it all by himself!" the child cried in collapse.

"Yeah, yeah, it was all Taichi the Idiot! Uchiha Chen beat him up before. Last night, he saw that it was Uchiha Chen, so he wanted revenge and beat him up. It had nothing to do with us!"

"That's right, it really had nothing to do with us. We tried to talk him out of it, but he just wouldn't listen."

The three children all blamed Taichi the Idiot. If it hadn't been for him, they would never have been beaten so badly by Sasuke Uchiha. Taichi the Idiot had dragged them all down.

"You bastards, what did you say?" Seeing his former companions betray him one after another, Taichi the Idiot glared at the three of them and roared.
