Battle Star Ninja

Chen killed two Star Ninja and continued toward another, grabbing him by the neck and lifting him up.

"And you? Can you tell me?"

"I... I don't know." Seeing the fate of his two companions, that Star Ninja didn't dare speak rudely to Chen, but he still didn't answer Chen's question.

"In that case, go join your friends down below!"

"Stop!"

Just as Chen was about to finish off the Star Ninja in his hand, a roar came from behind him, halting his actions.

"Hm?" Chen released the Star Ninja, dropping him at his feet, and turned to look at the newcomer. Not far away stood a scrawny man, behind whom were over a dozen Star Ninja, most at the lower Chunin level, with only that scrawny one possessing Jonin-level strength.

"I am the acting Star Shadow of Hoshigakure, Lord Red Star! Who are you, daring to trespass into our village and injure our guards? If you don't give me a satisfactory explanation, you won't be leaving here." That scrawny Star Ninja, seeing several guards lying on the ground, angrily approached Chen and demanded.

"Star Shadow? A tiny village propped up by a few Genin dares to arrogantly call itself a Kage? How laughable!" Chen looked at the pitifully weak Star Ninja before him and sneered in disdain.

"Bastard! What did you say?"

"Damn it, I'll teach you a lesson..."

"Mysterious Peacock Method..."

Hearing Chen insult Hoshigakure, the group of Star Ninja erupted in fury, shouting and clamoring to attack Chen, but the one calling himself Lord Red Star stopped them. "Don't act yet. First, find out what he's after."

"Hmph! Though Hoshigakure can't compare to the Five Great Nations' hidden villages, we're not to be bullied so easily. What business do you have here?"

"What? Your target is the 'Star'?" Red Star said in surprise, a shadow of gloom flashing in his eyes. The Star Ninja behind him could no longer hold back. "Bastard! You killed our people and dare covet our village's sacred treasure? How bold!" Those Star Ninja charged at Chen in fury.

"No matter why you've come, since you've killed people from Hoshigakure, you won't leave here alive." This time, Red Star didn't stop the Star Ninja.

"Die!" The Star Ninja threw Shuriken and Kunai at Chen, then rushed him with Kunai in hand.

"Overestimating yourselves!" Watching them attack, Chen snorted, pulled out a Kunai, and met them head-on. Those Star Ninja were all Genin-level, and compared to the Genin of the Five Great Nations, they were worlds apart. None of them could match Chen; without even using ninjutsu, he relied solely on his monstrous strength to kill them one by one.

"Damn it! Mysterious Peacock Method: Slash!" Among the Star Ninja, two Chunin released a peculiar Chakra from behind, fanning out like a peacock's tail. It then morphed into the shape of a tailed beast's tail and slashed toward Chen.

"Hm? So this is the Mysterious Peacock Method? It's pure Chakra attack by materializing Chakra. Is this because of training with that 'Star'?" Chen dodged their attacks while secretly observing the technique.

"This 'Star' is just a small meteorite, containing only a trace of the Ten-Tails' Chakra. Yet even that can raise these Star Ninja to this level. If it were a true Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, how strong would they be..." The thought sent a chill down Chen's spine.

"Bastard! If you've got guts, stop dodging! Slash!" One of the Star Ninja using the Mysterious Peacock Method, frustrated at failing to hit Chen, shouted angrily at him.

"Hmph! Sharingan, activate!"

"That's... the Sharingan! Isn't that the bloodline limit of Konoha's Uchiha? Is he from Konoha's Uchiha..." Red Star, who hadn't joined the two Chunin in attacking Chen but was observing from the side, noticed Chen's extraordinary eyes.

"So, to control the Chakra for attack, the main body can't move? In that case, just take out the main body directly."

With the Sharingan activated, Chen instantly read the trajectory of their attacks. He dodged their strikes while closing in on their main bodies.

"Damn it, he's figured out the weakness of the Mysterious Peacock Method. Shizang, don't let him get close!" The other Star Ninja using the technique saw Chen's intent and quickly warned his companion, simultaneously directing his own Mysterious Peacock Method toward him.

Though warned, Shizang wasn't fast enough to evade Chen's approach.

"Damn it!" Shizang could only watch as Chen swung his fist at him. Just as Chen's fist was about to land, the other Star Ninja's Mysterious Peacock Method appeared in front of Shizang, blocking the blow.

"I'm saved!" Shizang quickly leaped back, putting distance between them, and thanked his companion while keeping an eye on Chen. "Yoru, thanks!"

"Don't mention it. Be careful!"

"Hmph!" Seeing his attack blocked, Chen snorted. He quickly formed hand seals, gathering Chakra in his right hand into the shape of lightning. The lightning crackled and screeched in his hand—it was Chidori. "You blocked my fist. Let's see if you can block this!" Locking onto Shizang with his Sharingan, Chen charged forward, dragging Chidori behind him.

"Quick, stop him!" Yoru warned Shizang while directing his Mysterious Peacock Method to attack Chen. But under Chen's Sharingan, he easily dodged every strike.

"Damn it! Mysterious Peacock Method: Soaring Cloud!" Seeing Chen charging at him again, Shizang quickly switched his technique's form into a pair of wings, flew into the air, and evaded Chen.

"Haha! See the power of our Mysterious Peacock Method now!" Flying above, Shizang taunted Chen from on high, believing he was invincible. In his understanding, no ninja could fly except those who trained in the Mysterious Peacock Method.

"Heh! So it can morph into wings for flight? But if it becomes wings, it can't attack, can it? Then, this is where you end!" Watching Shizang gloating in midair, Chen's lips curled into a sinister grin. Whenever Chen made that expression, someone was about to suffer.

Chen reached into his tool pouch, pulled out a specially made Kunai, and threw it at Shizang in the sky. He didn't use much force, so the Kunai flew slowly—any ninja paying attention could dodge it.

"Haha! Can't hit me, so you're throwing Kunai? But how could such an attack ever land on me!" Flying above, Shizang sneered at the Kunai, tilted his neck, and easily dodged it.

"Hahaha... huh?" Shizang was laughing triumphantly after dodging the Kunai when he suddenly sensed something wrong... Chen, who had been on the ground, had vanished from his spot. Then, the piercing screech of Chidori rang in his ears, followed by...
