A Serpent Beyond Belief

"Ten minutes?" Uchiha Chen mused. "If it's only ten minutes, then I'll wait."

Uchiha Chen folded his arms across his chest, closed his eyes, and quietly waited for the Eight-Headed Serpent to be reborn.

Ten minutes seemed like a long time, but it was over in the blink of an eye. Countless wisps of Black Qi merged with the tiny, deep-purple Eight-Headed Serpents, and the Eight-Headed Serpent's body kept swelling and growing.

Power continually gathered within the Eight-Headed Serpent, and his strength gradually returned. In the blink of an eye, ten minutes had passed.

When the Eight-Headed Serpent's body appeared in the valley once more, he burst into a wildly arrogant laugh, his laughter brimming with conceit.

"Ha ha ha ha! No matter how powerful you are, you still died, didn't you? I, the great Eight-Headed Serpent, will never die! As long as humanity hasn't been wiped out, you'll have to wait another twenty thousand years before you can take my life!"

The Eight-Headed Serpent's arrogant voice rang through the entire valley. He howled recklessly, not taking Uchiha Chen seriously at all.
