In just a dozen breaths, King Kai brought his body to a perfect state, reaching at least the level of Double King Kai's Fist.
That seems slower than I can do it. Son Goten lowered his head helplessly and fell into thought.
King Kai, however, was quite pleased. The boy's talent was astounding, but surely he knew nothing about this sort of thing. King Kai had worked so hard to master Kaioken, so the boy ought to struggle to reach the same level. Regulating the body's ki and energy was the hardest part.
