But the only person the two girls were watching was a young man named Son Goten.
He was a handsome man, as lovely as a jade statue. He had traveled a great distance without ever suffering defeat, and seemed almost like a god.
Sun Wukong had also trained extensively beside Kami. Although he still lacked absolute confidence, a martial artist's conviction told him that, whether or not he knew how things would end, he would keep striving with all his might.
"Chen, I won't hold back. I'm going to attack with everything I've got."
"Then let me see what you can do, Goku. It's been a long time since we last fought."
Just as Son Goten had said, it had been a very long time since the brothers had fought. Neither Sun Wukong nor Son Goten lacked strength, yet they had never had the chance to battle each other.
The two men stood on opposite sides of the ring, facing one another. It was quite something: they looked almost exactly alike. Sun Wukong's hair was simply fluffier, and when it was standing straight up, he really looked just like he did in the Original Story.
Even so, Super Saiyan was a more pleasing sight. With its blazing flames and lightning, along with its fierce, unrestrained pride, Super Saiyan inspired even greater joy and respect in Sun Wukong now.
As for Son Goten himself, he looked more like he used to, with short, distinctive black hair hanging down softly. His features bore some resemblance to Sun Wukong's, but they weren't exactly the same.
"Let the match begin!"
At the announcer's signal, Master Roshi finally sat back down. The earlier matches hadn't interested him much, so the young announcer beside him had handled the commentary. This time, though, he would personally narrate
