What else could Qinglong do but refuse!

"What? You don't want to? I can give you power! Immensely powerful strength!"

Orochimaru extended his long tongue, seducing with an evil grin.

"Forget your power! I'm staying in Konoha. I think Konoha needs me more!"

Qinglong refused again, his tone dismissive. He didn't think much of Orochimaru's power at all!
