Everyone Was Riding the Flying Nimbus

After finally escaping the little hot spring shop, Kiyotaki let out a long sigh of relief.

Naruto had loyally waited for him at the entrance and asked with concern, "Kiyotaki, are you okay? Those ladies didn't give you a hard time, did they?"

"No, no!"

Kiyotaki replied, still shaken. Naruto watched him and felt he knew exactly how he felt.

"Hmph! Those ladies were so fierce!"

"Ah, no! The aunties weren't fierce. It was the women in the women's bath who were!"

What? A string of question marks popped over Naruto's head, but that wasn't the point. The point was that that lecherous old man had put both him and Kiyotaki through all that trouble. Unforgivable!

"Kiyotaki, I'm going to find that lecherous old man and settle the score! I have to teach him a lesson. Are you coming?"

"No, no!"

This was Naruto's opportunity, so Kiyotaki wouldn't get involved.

"Then I'll go find him myself!"

With that, Naruto flickered away in pursuit of Jiraiya, who had fled in that direction!

On his way home, Kiyotaki ran into Hanabi, who had come out to shop.

"Ah! Kiyotaki-kun!"

Little Hanabi trotted over happily, then stopped right in front of him with a sudden skid.

"Ah! Hanabi-chan. Are you out buying fruit for your sister?"

"Mhm!"

Hanabi nodded. The sisters got along very well. Hinata had always indulged and looked after her, ever since they were little, so over the past few days, whenever Hanabi had free time, she had gone to take care of her sister.

"Kiyotaki-kun, my sister said you have a big treasure that lets people happily fly up into the sky. Is that true?"

Hanabi's face turned red. She'd always gotten whatever she wanted, so she felt embarrassed asking someone else about their cool stuff.

"Huh?"

Kiyotaki thought about it, then thought some more, and nodded.

"Ah, yeah! Haha!"

"Then can I see your big treasure?"

Hanabi asked with innocent curiosity and longing.

"I really want to ride it and happily fly up into the sky!"

"Sure, all right!"

Kiyotaki led Hanabi to an empty clearing in a small grove, mainly because it would be hard to explain if anyone saw them.

"Flying Nimbus!"

Kiyotaki shouted at the sky! A golden cloud drifted down from the depths above, trailing a beam of golden light.

As expected, the spectacle caught the attention of Konohagakure's ninjas, who came running from all around.

Kiyotaki and Hanabi had already climbed onto the cloud. He waved to Hanabi's guards and the Anbu who had hurried after them.

"This is my flying ninjutsu. I'll take Miss Hanabi for a quick spin in the sky, then bring her right back!"

With that, the Flying Nimbus left a trail behind it and soared straight up into the sky!

"Ah!"

"We're flying! We're flying!"

"Kiyotaki-kun, we're flying!"

Hanabi cried out excitedly, both frightened and thrilled!

Konohagakure quickly shrank below them. White clouds stretched within arm's reach, and the world opened up into boundless vastness!

"Flying Nimbus, go!"

At Kiyotaki's command, the Flying Nimbus sped up again, skimming across the sky. Hanabi clung tightly to Kiyotaki. She had never felt so free.

"Flying Nimbus, go, go, go! Go!"

Hanabi shouted in her childish voice, bursting with excitement.

After circling through the sky, Kiyotaki finally brought Hanabi back to Konoha. The two Hyuga guards were so frightened their faces had nearly gone white. If anything had happened to Hanabi Hyuga, they would never have been able to atone for it, even in death!

The Anbu who had rushed over hurriedly reported the situation to the Hokage, afraid this might turn into another incident of someone abducting a member of the Hyuga Clan.

Thankfully, Kiyotaki had brought Hanabi back!

Hanabi looked at her guards, feeling rather embarrassed. She apologized before climbing down reluctantly.

Seeing how reluctant Hanabi was to leave, Kiyotaki said, "Why don't we ride the Flying Nimbus to visit your sister? It'll be faster!"

Hanabi happily nodded and reached out her hand. Kiyotaki pulled her onto the Flying Nimbus, which floated along at a leisurely pace just over a meter above the ground.

Quite a few passersby cast curious looks their way. What was that strange thing that could carry people through the air? But with the Anbu and the Hyuga guards accompanying them, no one dared come over to ask.

They soon arrived at Konoha Hospital. The Konoha 11 happened to be there, and when they saw the golden Flying Nimbus, they curiously ran over.

Well, except for Rock Lee!

That guy had already been banned! He'd gotten to cheat for five minutes, then got banned for five hundred episodes!

"Wow! So this is the Flying Nimbus!"

Naruto was the first to rush over, circling the Flying Nimbus with an awestruck look.

Hanabi climbed down from the Flying Nimbus with flushed cheeks, looking embarrassed. Only then did the others crowd around, staring at it in amazement.

"Um, can I get on?"

Naruto looked at Kiyotaki with delight.

"Of course."

Kiyotaki turned to the others and said, "You can all try riding it too, but I should make one thing clear: only those who are pure of heart can ride the Flying Nimbus!"

"I'm definitely pure of heart!"

Naruto cried, then leaped onto the Flying Nimbus.

"Thump!"

It was like he'd landed on a mass of floating cotton. Everyone else was tempted too, curious to see if the cloud could tell whether someone was pure of heart.

"Naruto can ride it, so Sasuke definitely can too! Sasuke, let's give it a try."

Seeing Naruto climb aboard, Sakura called to Sasuke to try it with her.

"I'm not interested in something like that!"

Sasuke said, but he still walked over and carefully reached out to touch it. His fingers passed right through the Flying Nimbus without meeting any resistance.
