These points, when used, could achieve results that would normally take Bai over a year, or even two, of hard training.

Yet, these points were actually obtained by Bai within the past month.

After handing over the ninjutsu scrolls that Orochimaru had stolen from Danzo to Tayuya, Bai began his days clearing out bandits in the Land of Fields.

Initially, it was to help the Daimyo clear out bandits who weren't under his command. This was an agreement Bai had made with the Daimyo: eliminate other forces while preserving the Daimyo's own.

However, when Bai later discovered that most of the bandits were rogue ninja who had just reached Genin level, he changed his mind.

He had originally intended to keep the Daimyo's own bandits, but energy points were more useful to Bai. As for the Daimyo, according to what Bai had told Tayuya himself:

The group of bandits he had just annihilated were supported by the Daimyo himself, giving him a full 5 points of energy.

After leaving a message for Tayuya using a summoning beast, Bai found a cave to rest temporarily and consider how to use the energy points he now had.

The more Bai thought about it, the less happy he became. At first, he felt that over 50 points of energy was a lot, but after careful consideration, he realized that 50 points of energy could only accomplish a limited number of things.

The first way to use 50 energy points to directly increase his combat power was to add points to combat power, comprehensively improving his physical fitness.

The second way was to add points to the Byakugan, passively improving it with the energy used for awakening. However, whether this would actually improve it was uncertain; Bai had estimated this based on the awakening of the Sharingan.

After inquiring with the system's AI, Bai completely extinguished the idea of asking the system for such information again.

According to Bai's thinking, even if awakening the Byakugan could increase his combat power, by the time the deduction was made, his Byakugan still wouldn't be awakened.

Ultimately, Bai gave up on the idea of adding points to the Byakugan and directly added the energy points to his combat power.

What he needed to do next required more than his current Jonin-level strength.

Following the system's intelligent response, Bai began his first energy allocation since arriving in the Naruto World.

Bai felt a tremor, then seemed to lose control of his body. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't move an inch.

He felt energy begin to penetrate his skin and enter his body. Then, as if controlled by some force, this energy started to permeate Bai's cells.

As this energy entered his cells, accompanied by a warm sensation, Bai felt his body slowly growing stronger.

This feeling of growing stronger was so pleasant that Bai almost moaned in comfort. Unfortunately, Bai couldn't control his body even the slightest bit at the moment.

This sensation lasted for a long time in Bai's perception, until he felt his body seemed to cross some kind of threshold, and the warm feeling of strengthening gradually subsided.

The system's intelligent voice echoed in Bai's mind, startling him.

When Bai regained control of his body, he experienced something different from before.
