Feeling the sudden increase in Tags, Feng Xue's lips curled slightly. The fact that they'd formed so quickly showed just how much of a shock those little things had caused.

When he first entered this world, Feng Xue had already prepared for the possibility that he wouldn't succeed in one go. For that reason, he'd left behind two plans.

One of them was called Seed.

Of course, this plan had nothing to do with the plot of Gundam SEED. Although Mang Ke running out in a mobile suit was indeed part of the Seed Plan, the plan's essence was simply what the word meant: seeds.

The Heavenly Court's operations hadn't been entirely victorious. Every so often, one of its mobile suits was destroyed. But under Feng Xue's—or rather, the Haotian Mirror AI's—deliberate control, the important parts of these machines often ended up in the hands of small countries that were oppressed yet possessed a certain level of technical expertise.

And these components "just happened" to contain the technological core needed to develop an entire tech tree.

For the Four Extremes, these scattered technologies weren't enough to make them abandon their existing technological paths and start over. But for these small countries, making that choice was easy.

Once these seeds took root and sprouted, they would become firmly established in those small countries. As long as the countries survived, the technology would grow into towering trees, and its source—the Heavenly Court—would receive a steady stream of recognition.

Perhaps decades or even a century later, as technology advanced, records that "these technologies originated with the Heavenly Court" would gradually disappear. But before that happened, the Heavenly
