Meeting
Although they were in the Surface World, which was technically the home turf of the Surface Humans, Jiang Yue and the others had no intention of making too much of a scene on Eagle Country's territory.
In theory, the Surface World was now at war with the Underground World, but that didn't mean Jiang Yue and his companions could do whatever they pleased in Eagle Country.
Just like the major factions and races of the Underground World, cooperation always came with its share of conflict. Jiang Yue's Great Zhang Country and Eagle Country had both been major powers in the Sunny Era. They cooperated, but they also competed, and when that competition grew fierce, they often clashed.
After the Era of Strangeness began, the entire Surface World had needed to band together to survive. The two major powers had indeed cooperated extensively, and their relationship had grown closer than ever before.
But that closeness was built on their opposition to the Underground World. True unity was another matter entirely; they still had a long way to go.

Eagle Country might even consider his actions an unauthorized cross-border operation. Rather than offer full cooperation, they might deliberately—or inadvertently—put obstacles in his way.
So Jiang Yue and the Star City Squad agreed that they should keep a low profile and avoid any major battles if possible. Even if they couldn't avoid confronting powerful figures from Eagle Country, they would put the bigger picture first.
They would even leave the Taiyi Academy outpost to Eagle Country's team to handle. If Jiang Yue and his people took part at all, it would be in a supporting role,
