Tuanzi gave me a reluctant look, then slowly set down the jar of insect honey and tightened the lid. After putting it back in my backpack,
Tuanzi vanished from my shoulder in an instant.
Just then, the vehicles in the distance seemed to spot the smoke rising from this area, notice me, and turn to drive in my direction.
I didn't pay it much mind. I'd already prepared myself for the possibility of meeting people. This wasn't the early days anymore,
