"Fine, at least you have dreams of becoming an actor."
Hearing that, Klein's expression turned bitter.
"Alright, I was lying. This kind of crooked path may be fast, but the lessons you skip now will have to be made up for later. 'What is learned from books is always shallow; true understanding comes only through practice.' Unlike methods such as rituals, which inherently rely on external forces, completing your acting on your own is definitely better than seeking a title."
Klein nodded.
"I understand that. It's just that time waits for no one."
Taking a deep breath, Klein looked at Noah.
"Can I enter Source Castle from here now... that demiplane called Source Castle?"
"I'll connect them directly for you."
Noah was eating Black Forest cake again. With a snap of his fingers, he directly linked the two demiplanes, allowing Klein to retrieve the things stored in the Source Castle demiplane right where he stood.
Although he had yet to find a solution for the advancement ritual, Klein had long since prepared the potion ingredients just in case. After all, those things were listed there. Who knew whether he was the only one who could see them, or whether someone else might buy them first?
After a series of practiced potion-brewing motions, the completed potion was about the size of a baby's head—a dark crimson substance that was neither quite liquid nor quite gaseous.
"..."
When Klein placed the potion before him, he paused. Hearing food still being delivered over by Noah's side, he asked uncertainly,
"Is this really alright? According to you, an Ancient Scholar's ritual is meant to establish a stable state in time. Yet you keep disturbing time like this..."
"Don't worry. The Earth is constantly rotating and revolving, and the entire solar system is moving too.
