An Explanation for All My Readers

Regarding everyone saying that I was padding the story, I sincerely apologize. This was due to my lack of writing skill and control over the plot. I originally wanted to create a transition and weave in a few jokes, but because my abilities fell short, it made for a poor reading experience. I apologize here.

I will definitely work on controlling the pacing of the plot and keep things as concise as possible.

As for everyone saying that the enrollment and Dugu Yan plotlines felt padded, I actually had plans for them.

As everyone knows, the characters in Douluo World aren't exactly the sharpest, and I originally wanted to create some brainless villains to serve as foils.

Of course, these brainless villains would not take up large portions of the plot. They were meant to serve as a catalyst for conflicts between the protagonist and Dugu Yan, while also bringing them closer together.

Simply put, at this stage of the story, Dugu Bo was away from home for various reasons, so Dugu Yan could only enroll by herself. As a result, she had no good way to deal with these people pestering her.

Sorry, the author lacks skill. I hope everyone can be understanding. To express my apology, I will post two more chapters at once as compensation. I will definitely listen to everyone's suggestions.
