The arc ended with Zhu Zhuqing leaving Shrek after Dai Mubai attacked her, while Chen Ming demonstrated Soul Tools that could benefit the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.

• Chen Ming recruited Shui Xuan’s Soul Engineers into the Soul Hall, staged an attack on Great Sun City, and departed with followers, documents, metals, and Soul Tools.
• Chen Ming confronted Xiao Lan, restored her origin, and helped her survive her tribulation and become a 200,000-year ferocious beast who served him.
• Chen Ming defeated Chang You at sea, then reached Gengxin City with the Soul Engineers and reunited with Lou Gao, whose craftsmen completed the Green Pearl Bracer 2.0 with them.
• Ah Yin discovered Tang San’s past life and learned he had stolen the Tang Sect’s Mysterious Heaven Treasure Record, then watched as he acquired a Head Soul Bone with the Demon Spider Devour skill.
• Chen Ming confronted Tang San at Shrek Academy after warning Ning Rongrong and Xiao Wu away, defeated Tang San’s attacks, and left with the two girls.

Chen Ming manipulated events around Tang San, Xiao Wu, and the Star Dou Great Forest while expanding Dugu Bo’s plans for a poison-attribute academy. Ning Fengzhi examined Chen Ming’s Soul Tools and left with Ning Rongrong and new technology for the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.

• Chen Ming demonstrated Ning Rongrong’s shield Soul Tool, then explained Soul Tool levels and admitted he had made it and the Soul Ray Gun himself.
• Chen Ming disguised himself as Dugu Bo to confront Tang Hao, exposed Tang Hao’s plans for Xiao Wu, and forced him to retreat after their clash.
• Chen Ming hunted hundreds of Man Faced Demon Spiders and refined their Soul Rings and bodies into stronger Eight Spider Lances.

Chen Ming advanced his powers, created the Evil God Clone, and uncovered warnings about the Dragon God while turmoil engulfed Shrek and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. The arc ended with Tang San heading toward Spirit Hall, Shrek divided, and Chen Ming pushing Soul Tool production forward.

• Ning Fengzhi had Sword Douluo and Bone Douluo kill elders who wanted to seize Chen Ming’s Soul Tool technology, while the sect prepared to pursue trade and research instead.
• Chen Ming entered the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, saw the dead Fire Dragon King and Ice Dragon King, and witnessed a vision in which the Fire Dragon King warned him not to trust the Dragon God.
• Chen Ming absorbed the Dragon Kings’ power, raised his Soul Power to level seventy, assembled six Man Faced Demon Spider Soul Bones, and created the Evil God Clone with a Human-Faced Demon Spider Emperor Martial Soul.

• Flender brought Shrek Academy to Blue Tyrant Academy, where Liu Erlong welcomed them, but Yu Luomian later attacked the group and held its teachers under guard.
• Tang Hao reunited with Tang San, identified Xiao Wu as a transformed Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast, and gave her a shell that Chen Ming suspected was a fabricated keepsake.
• Yu Yuanzhen destroyed Yu Xiaogang’s Martial Soul and Soul Power after Yu Xiaogang failed to recognize him, and Tang San later rescued Yu Xiaogang from an ambush and took him away.

As Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu clashed over divine power, Tang Hao’s schemes against the Nine Heart Begonia family brought the Clear Sky Sect further isolation. He took Tang San to seek the Blue Silver Emperor’s inheritance, but learned that Ah Yin’s remnant soul had been taken to create a vicious spirit.

• Chen Ming and the Angel God concluded that Asura God had corrupted and consumed divine powers, then considered devouring his Divine Throne in retaliation.
• Bibi Dong defeated Yu Xiaogang’s hopes of protecting Tang San, but gave him the Twin Martial Souls cultivation method before ordering him expelled from Spirit City.
• Tang Hao returned to Blue Tyrant Academy’s affairs, sought his sister Tang Yuehua’s help, and planned to attack Ye Renxin and Ye Lingling.
• Dugu Bo stopped Tang Hao’s ambush on Ye Renxin, and Ye Renxin joined Dugu Bo and Chen Ming’s alliance before calling in favors against the Clear Sky Sect.
• The Clear Sky Sect disowned Tang Hao, Tang Yuehua died rather than be captured, and Tang Hao took Tang San to the Blue Silver Forest to awaken his Martial Soul.
• The Blue Silver King refused to recognize Tang San because his Martial Soul was contaminated, and told Tang Hao that Ah Yin’s Soul Bone might purify his bloodline.
• Tang Hao brought Tang San to a hidden chamber near Holy Soul Village, where they discovered Wan Gui’s inscription saying he had taken Ah Yin’s Soul Bone and remnant soul to create a vicious spirit.
