Appearance
After merging with the Great Dao Heavenly Ladder, the Nirvana Realm manifested as a colossal tiered pyramid extending into the sky, with its summit beyond sight. 1550
- Each successive tier rises above the last, forming the structure of the Great Dao Heavenly Ladder. 1550
- Individual tiers function as separate “step-worlds” with their own cultivation conditions and time limits. 1551
History
The Nirvana Realm served as the special secret-realm venue for the All-Round Competition. Its defining function was to place every entrant at the Peak of the Nirvana Realm, either by suppressing stronger cultivators or enhancing weaker ones. Contestants were encouraged to arrive early and adapt to the altered power level before the competition began. 1278 1279
During the competition period, the realm contained designated areas for contestants and spectators. Major powers received allocated territory, while merchants established shops for the large population gathering inside. 1280
Three months after the Great Dao Heavenly Ladder was detected in the Savage Beast Realm, Sovereign Supremes transferred it into the Nirvana Realm and completed its fusion with the secret realm. The Nirvana Realm then became the Great Dao Heavenly Ladder’s manifestation site and opened for one hundred years. 1499 1550
Great Dao Heavenly Ladder
Step-worlds
The merged Great Dao Heavenly Ladder divides the Nirvana Realm into ascending step-worlds. The first step-world contains exceptionally pure Law Power and can raise a first-level Nirvana Realm cultivator by three levels. Cultivation there is estimated to be roughly three times faster than outside. 1551
- A cultivator who cannot ascend from the first step-world within one hundred days is expelled from the Great Dao Heavenly Ladder. 1551
- The time limit encourages advancement rather than indefinite cultivation within a single step-world. 1551
- Countless cultivators entered after the realm opened, seeking to improve their cultivation through the Heavenly Ladder. 1550
